Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in California

DO NOT order at this little Caesars unless you are okay with inaccurate wait times and trodden down employees that just don't care and seem to hate their jobs. I had the worst experience at this location. I knew they always take too long but this time is the last straw. I ordered online and prepaid. That was my first mistake. The crappy website doesn't give you an estimated wait time before ordering like other pizza places. It said the wait would be 50 minutes. I called the location to try and cancel and no one would pick up the phone. I went down there and the girl working was going back and forth between the back and the register helping people. When its finally my turn to ask about my pizza she asks me my name, I give it to her, and she says "one second" then disappeared in the back for 5 minutes. When she finally came back she said asked me my name again, looked at the screen and told me it would be like 15 minutes more even though it was already due. Why the heck did she ask for my name only to walk away from me? Then other people came in to order and she would lie about the wait time telling them 40 minutes to an hour when clearly there was over an hour wait. This is just plain dishonesty. I asked her why she would ask for my name and then turn her back and disappear and she literally just stood there and didn't say anything. Didn't even shrug. It was like talking to a child. I gave the food 2 stars because pizza is pizza. But this location and chain is the worst of the worst. By the way. My order was one classic pepperoni pizza. One little pizza and all this trouble. Definitely not worth it....

"NEEDS BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE" PIZZA: In the past I have order the regular $5 pizza with no problems. This time I decided to upgrade to their "most cheese/most pepperoni" but I was so disappointed. The pizza hardly was what it claimed to be. It had a lot of blank areas..just crust. Not even sauce. EMPLOYEE/CASHIER: I asked if it wasn't too much to check if another pizza looked better and she had attitude as if I was asking for something out of this world. And gave me an ugly look and she went to talk to the pizza cook and they both gave a weird look and she opened another box to show me and said that's just how they are made. EXPERIENCE: very dissatisfied with pizza but more with their service. It was around 8pm on Friday 3/23/18 and the cashier...short,African American with short natural hair(since I didn't see a name tag)definitely gives a bad reputation to this pizza location. Why is she still working there? She gives a vibe as she don't want to be there as she is forced having to be there. Her attitude makes her look so ugly. Even an ugly person with good customer service is much better than her. / I looked at reviews after the fact and realized I wasn't the only one with complaints on that same employee. PLEASE HIRE SOMEONE ELSE THAT GIVES GOOD...

I ordered the new batman pizza and one sausage pizza for the Superbowl and opened only the batman pizza box assuming both pizzas were good to go, got all the way home and the sausage pizza wasn't even sliced. Very disappointed. I understand It was busy that day but you must check the pizza before you just give It to the customer. I did enjoy the new batman pizza though, nice and cheesy and soft texture with good flavor. The young lady working the cashier was polite and did a good Job getting my order In fast and that's about It. It will be a while until I return here, the cooks...
