China Cook — Restaurant in Hayward

The Manager, Alicia is extremely rude!!! I made an order through Doordash, I ordered the Super pack and it says add Beef Stew for $1. I added it. A few minutes later she calls me saying she not giving it to me because the price is incorrect. I didn't choose the price, they do when they add it to the app. She argued with me saying it's Doordashes fault and she's not giving it. That's something she needed to correct with them, not me. I told her I would call them. Next thing I know Doordashes customer Service calls to confirm that I'm canceling my order?? WOW really?? Very shady restaurant!! I would not eat there or support them if they can't correct issues with a company they are doing business with!!! Alicia, learn some customer service and don't take your issues out on the customer!!! Again don't eat at China Cook, very rude and horrible...

This is the best takeout Chinese restaurant that I have found so far. The kind of take out where the food is already ready and you take your pick on what you want. The food is tasty and I won't be going anywhere else until they're not tasty anymore. I ate everything. Everything was delicious and I've been there like three times now.
