Habibi's Birria #2 — Restaurant in Hayward

The place was super busy, and when we got our food, what after more than 30 minutes waiting, we ordered birria Supreme burrito, the beans sour cream was missing and the burrito was hella dry, the beef quesadilla was prepared poorly like a tiny thin of meat with no cheese barely. Oh the taco was same way so nasty, l called in after throwing away the food and explained to them that was wrong for them to make food this way and serve to us, we called them to complain how the food was prepared for us, and that we threw the food away so nasty, they told us to bring the food, we threw, l told the lady it's in the garbage and I'm not about to pick out the food from the garbage she said you need to bring it, who does that, so l was not gonna go thru my garbage, l brought back the a big piece of tortilla from the quesadilla with just the thin slice of meat spread, they just refunded for the birria quesadilla and kept the rest of my money, this is a highway robbery and it is indeed definitely a bad business to take away people's money without serving them good food, the lady said owner Victor says we not to refund without the actual food brought back to them, I'm like was gonna complain but with all that was said it was wrong on their part, they said they got so busy during that time and apologize to me, but didn't do the right thing, it was the worst experience of my life, very bad management and ownership, l would never ever go there...

Bought some birria burrito supreme and a beef quesadilla from here . Now I tried there first location and it was pretty good so 2nd location couldn't hurt right? Dead wrong

The birria burrito supreme was supposed to be sour cream , cheese , meat , rice and beans . There was no sour cream, cheese. It was so dry and tasteless that I had to drown it out with Taco sauce just to have it edible . The meat was scarce and the rice was uninspired . It was worse than cafeteria food or even food from a cheap Taco truck. For a $15 burrito it should not be this low quality .

Then here comes the beef quesadilla. Mote of the same where the meat was scarce and the cheese even non existent. Very dry all around. Had to throw most of the tortilla away because it had nothing in between.

Now it's great and all to open a second location but if your second location suffers this much in dip of quality, then better to not have that location as the brand suffers. After paying $40 to have the most driest food I ever had in years, I won't even be going back to the first location. Save your money and go to a Taco place that actually cares about their food and quality unless you like eating food that's...

NOT WORTH YOUR TIME, YOUR MONEY, NEVER EVER EAT HERE!!!! Save yourself and go somewhere else... anywhere......

Nothing hurts more than paying for food that isn't worth is... :(

First of all, I went in at around 5:20. Doors were locked, I had to call them so they could open the door. They seem to lock the doors before 6pm which is their closing time. The lady barely spoke English, she only spoke Spanish and it was hard to communicate with her. I stepped out to check another place nearby while my food was being prepared, after coming back she came closed and locked the door, she said something in Spanish seemed like telling me to close the door and lock it after myself... Not so sure.
