Update: I had to call another location to get the area manager, Al Binder to call me back. He accused me of lying about the incident. He said he has no proof of the incident. He refused to give, at the very least a gift card for making me have to chase him down for 3 weeks. The manager Elizabeth should be ashamed. A warning to all: Be careful in the parking lot. If your car does get hit, you have to make a police report or they will deny it happened.
One of the drivers (the short haired blond girl) hit my car in the parking lot. I was sitting in the car. She went to get in her station wagon and opened the door, hitting my car hard enough to leave a mark. She didn't acknowledge me and just drove off. I called the store and Elizabeth the manager said "Ok, thanks for telling me that happened. I'll talk to her about it." What good does that do me? This drive doesn't care already. The manager basically blew me off. I asked her to follow up with me. It has been a week and a half and still nothing. I used to go to this location so often that they knew my order when they saw my number calling. Today I called and asked for the area manager's number. I was put on hold for 5 minutes and hung up on. I called back and Elizabeth claimed that her area manager would get back to me. She knew me by name and had every chance to apologize and chose not to. Very unhappy with this location. I know this is not how a store is run. I will drive the extra 2 miles to get Jimmy Johns if I ever crave it but honestly there are several other...
Read moreI placed an order at 1:30pm online. The order showed that it was received by the store. At 2pm, I had yet to receive the order, so I contacted the store. Noted, we are less than 2 miles from the store's location, and we order on a weekly basis from my job. I spoke with an employee who stated that the order was out with the driver for delivery. 2:15pm, nothing still. So, I called back and spoke with "Trey", who claimed to be the store manager. I explained to Trey my concerns with the order and asked if they could issue a discount, or anything. Trey laughed and said, I can just cancel the order if I'm not satisfied. I explained that I had yet to have lunch and would still like my order, however, I am not happy with the customer service. I wasn't looking for any freebees or handouts, but Trey did not seem concerned, did not apologize for the delay nor seemed to care. Trey said what would you like to do? I said, I still wanted my food, he laughed and said well...then you can wait and disconnected after I told him that I would be calling corporate. Is this what our fast-food restaurants become? I have never dealt with someone claiming to be a manager that is so unprofessional. He should be there to set an example for other employees. Nearely 50 mins and the order was delivered incorrectly. Shocker! I did not bother to call back, seeing that got me no where the first two times. Sadly, this may be my last time visiting this location. After looking at other reviews, it appears this occurs a lot at this location....
Read moreAsked for no mayo, got extra mayo. Called and spoke with a manager, he told me he can't refund my credit card. I thought that was something a business who takes plastic is able to do. If I'm mistaken, I apologize. I definitely didn't feel the manager was advocating for making the situation right. I feel like I've been robbed of $18. UPDATE: JJ Corp. Emailed me with generic complaint form. I filled it out and they sent me a $10 Jimmy johns gift card for the $18 loss. So robbing me of $8 is okay to them, but $18 is going too far in their eyes? I'm completely done with this cracker jack box of a franchise. The gift card came in a mailed envelope with nothing else in it. Not a letter about the inconvenience, not anything. I'll be an advocate against them for the rest of my days so less people will be robbed by their carefree...
