DECIDED TO GIVE THIS PLACE ANOTHER CHANCE AFTER 3 YEARS AND THERE WAS HAIR IN MY DRINK THAT I WAS UNAWARE OF UNTIL I HAD NEARLY DRANK IT ALL!!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!! ALL I ASKED FOR IN RETURN IS TO BE REFUNDED FOR THE DRINK AND THEY REFUSED!!!! SO THATS IT, I’M DONE WITH THIS LOCATION AND THEIR DISGUSTING TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!
Unless they change their management, I definitely won’t be ordering from this location again. Not sure if it’s under different management than before or what, but the service I received today is absolutely NOT the good service I’ve come to expect from this location. Placed an order for delivery via app, and absolutely made sure to NOT select “leave at door” I never select that option from anywhere! And even if I did, it’s still courtesy to KNOCK FOR NOTIFICATION. I called the store back, wondering what happened with my delivery, because I still hadn’t received it. While on the phone, the so called manager mentioned that maybe it was left at my door, so I checked. The order had been sitting outside for AT LEAST HALF AN HOUR and could have very easily been tampered with, because their delivery person doesn’t bother with notifying customers!!! I understand not wanting to interact due to the pandemic, BUT ITS STILL NECESSARY TO GIVE CUSTOMERS A NOTICE!!!! A call, a knock, a text, SOMETHING!!! And the manager didn’t even care! I asked for a replacement and he begrudgingly agreed to a redelivery, but ONLY provided a replacement sandwich, and NOT the drink, which I also specifically asked for because that was wrong as well!!! Just for the service alone, full refund please, I want nothing at all from there now and am completely done with this location.

Read moreI've been going to this Jimmy John's three times a month since it first opened. Not because it's amazing (it isn't) but because it's close to my job.
Pros -- They generally get my (simple) order correct. -- I've never gotten sick after eating there. -- It's (usually) not super busy.
Cons -- The back of the restaurant is filled with small flying insects that land in your food while you try to eat. It's been this way for months, possibly because they constantly leave the back door open. -- The bathroom is often unavailable due to employees vaping in there. -- There are ten employees behind the counter - and none of them will speak to you, make eye contact, or acknowledge you in any way. -- They often ignore the dine in customers and focus solely on drive through.
Today I watched 4 customers stand in line for 15 minutes while the only working register was tied up with a delivery driver. Not one employee behind the counter said a word, apologized, or at least acknowledged the customers patiently standing in line. Those customers may still be standing there for all I know since I eventually had enough and walked out.
I'm sure this place will be fine without my business as there aren't many restaurant's nearby. Regardless, I'll drive a little further...
