Godfather's Pizza Express — Restaurant in Hazen

My wife ordered pizza online and I went to pick it up after the time we were told. I got there and they said they didn't see the order and had not made it yet. They told me it would be about 17 minutes. I agreed to wait. I pick led up my order and got home to find out it was wrong and missing an entire large pizza.. Granted, I should have checked it before leaving given they already failed to make our order in the first place. I don't think we will be ordering there again. Well, I gave them a second chance and when I came to the counter, I told them I had an internet order. They then pretended that it just came through when I ordered 40 minutes earlier. Now I am sitting here for another 20 minutes. These people need to get their internet ordering straight or give us a phone number to actually talk to someone!! VERY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE!!!!!!!!! UPDATE: Two years later the service has actually gotten worse. They do not look at their tablets to take online orders and they will not answer the phone so I went in ordered and waited. After the 20 minutes they told me it would take, I went to the counter and they told me they forgot my order. Someone needs to get control of this poor...

Customer service is a ZERO! Wow Hershal really should find another job. We picked a couple items from the hot cabinet and waited to be rung up. He was busy making pizza, made eye contacted so I thought he would help us. No he totally finished what he was doing (we thought about just leaving). Order was placed and paid for online. Went in to pick up my pizza and found out the staff can't read very well as they made a pizza for each topping I had wanted on one pizza. They then tried to get me to pay again when I wanted my order remade correctly. I also couldn't get an answer for how long it would take them to remake it...
