Great Wall — Restaurant in Hazlet Township

We've been going here for a small while, but every time, the food is always delicious, well prepared, amazingly done. They are always so nice to us, and so friendly. I can't understand why some people are giving bad reviews, at all... We're always greeted with a smile, the food is always cooked and prepared properly on time, we never have anything missing or anything by mistake, everything is top notch.

Thank you everyone at Great Wall for being so great.

Everything is STILL Delicious! Everything is STILL 5 Stars! I wish I could actually take and rate this again. Tonight i tried a few dishes, I've never had before, and they will now enter my Great Wall food rotation. Everything was so flavorful, so comforting, so delightful. Everyone working there is an absolute joy to interact with. Thank you again, Great Wall.

Once more I must report, everything ordered tonight, came out absolutely fantastic. I truly believe (and my sweetheart agrees) that you can honestly taste the love and care, put into the food made by Great Wall. Tonight I had shrimp and green beans, some wanton soup, a little white rice, and a pork eggroll. Everything came out perfect, the shrimp was tender and juicy, the beans were well cooked without being mushy, the sauce they came in was delightful, and just like last time, the wanton soup was soul-healing-good. This was my third food delivery since the new owners and apparently new chef started.The delivery was on time and the food was hot.The problem with each order was that they changed the seasonings in every dish so differently from the old owners that I could not recognize flavors. The egg drop wonton soup flavorless except for salt (no dried noodles were provided). The Dim Sum were small, the noodle wrapping was falling apart, the filling was dry and flavorless (except for extra salt) and there was no sauce, like oyster sauce with soy and scallion. The shrimp rolls have changed from the old owners type, these were hard and dry, not crispy. The moo goo gai pan was like vegetable soup, everything soggy and swimming in a flavorless salty broth. For 44 years I've wondered the 4 corners of this earth looking for great Chinese food.. and I found it...the great wall never disappoints.. great food made with ancient Chinese secrets..the great master told me that they get there spices fresh in the forests of the old country.. they had to karate chop there way threw the thick dense brush but was well worth it.. I would fight in mortal kombat just to have there pu-pu platter... this place is a ten and I can now...
