I absolutely love this place. All you can eat sushi mon-thurs for $11.99 at lunch and $18.99 at dinner time and Friday-sunday that goes up to by $2 but it's still worth it! This place is off Poole Ave in hazlet in an unassuming strip mall but don't let it fool you. You get a paper menu and mark off what you'd like. Everything is made fresh, nothing has been sitting out at a buffet for who knows how long! Whatever number you mark next to your sushi order is how many roll/pieces you get. The soups, appetizers and a few of the Japanese style main courses (not sushi) aren't served like that but instead come out in small portions. But make sure you only order what you can finish, anything not finished is charged at full cost. We have never had this happen to us but have gotten close so make sure to come hungry.

Always a great time here. Food is always delicious. Ordered my favorite roll, the sakura roll. The rolls may not be as neat and uniformed as expected but they are trying their best to meet with the demand of making it fresh (it's all you can eat after all) and as fast as possible to you. I noticed some people complained about the rolls, but there are no probs here! Lovely staff, always helpful, great food great price.

I took a chance after reading reviews from others calling this a hidden gem. They were right -- it really is a hidden gem! Everyone was friendly and the food was delicious. We tried two new rolls, and we liked them so much that we'll add them to our regular choices. The presentation was fun and added an extra bit of joy to our dinner experience. We will definitely be back.

This place was awfal from the moment i came in to when i came out. Our first order was calamari so when the waither ordererd my food she threw on the table and a couple of the calamari fell off. Then we discussed the whole shushi order thing because there food ordering method is really weird and confusing. I mean if you go there u will see but i dont recomend going there. There food ordering method is like u check want u want and how much of it u want on this long piese of paper. So we order our appetizer wich was the calamari and some other things. But then it was suchi time. So we were ready to order but we had a fee questions about the susch but sadly they were not ansered becase of waithers barely knee how to speack english. so we ordered like 15 rolls of suschi for five people. Then when we git the suschi every order was messed up. What im trying to say is that this was the worst sushi place ive...

It's ok. Sushi is good but you wait a while even when no one is really in there. The odd curtians all over are extremely dusty and I was not happy when I saw the waitress drop my salad all on the counter and use her bare hands to pick the salad up off the counter and put back into same bowl then trying to serve to me. When I made a comment to her saying I had seen what happened she got upset, started huffing and puffing at me that I even dare ask for a new one but Im sorry I'm not eating that, your counters could have stuff all over them. After almost waiting 20 to 25 minutes I finally got a new one but original salad still sat on counter. How do I know that counter was cleaned or not before my salad fell all over it. I hope it wasn't served to someone else because why would it not just be thrown away? Won't be returning after that. I will still say the sushi was good and we've never had issues...
