Waited 30 minutes today and got my entire order wrong. They kept making things with sour cream, or forgetting the meat, or lettuce any other thing possible. Food was cold as it was sitting as the rest was made as you can clearly see in all the photos. Practically no customer service was offered they just said “ima cry,” after each time I came up to let them know my order was wrong. Like me too I haven’t ate all day lady and everyone keeps messing up my food. A luxe box and 2 tacos all no tomato or sour cream or beans, add onions to the tacos.. I got: Gordita, no lettuce, extra sour cream. A dorrito taco just cheese and meat, a dorrito taco with sour cream, then a taco with nacho cheese inside, none of the tacos had my upcharged onions on it, and my burrito had sour cream in it. Only thing correct was the chips and my cold fry………so I spent 20 bucks for bad service, an hour of my life gone, and stale cold food. They did remake a few of my items tho but 5 times coming back up to get your order fixed is still super ridiculous. I am glad the lady didn’t fight me for a remake, it allowed the situation to not escalate I guess. I’m not a mean guy but I was starving so she made the right call lol. My order was very easy in my opinion. but the tacos, burrito, and Gordita crunch all had mistakes that made enjoying my first meal of the day impossible .. last time I was it until 10pm to eat! It’s just annoying because this place is always a 50/50 on wether it’s good or bad :((( even my friend got his food tainted. He got a chicken chulpa was given beef? Asked no beans in his burrito and got beans.. im actually astounded. How did you mess up 7 consecutive items? I went there today at 9:15 the first door was locked so I just went through drive through thinking they were not done with the lobby. No drive through and the regular menu on the board outside fine no problem. I gave it a coupple of more minutes and tried this time the front door i was sucessful. I go to order on one of the touch screnes it only gave me lunch and dinner options no breakfast at all not even on the boards behind the counter. After about a month maybe a little bit longer of a wait for a remodeling they lop off breakfast which im sure sells? i mean im not the only one with my family that doesnt love taco bell breakfast every now and then. And not once or twice but three times I have been honestly ignored by the staff over there even if it's just to pay and or ask a question. I get it the first time they were buisy and it was dinner, the second time was breakfast and we took longer to pay then order and eat our food, and today it was like deer in headlights like they didn't know what to do when a customer walks in the store. They look at you and keep staring like you have ten heads and why are you even in this building and just walk away half the time. I understand and get it that people have other things to do as a job other than wait on customers but it would be a little nice to even just say we will be with you in a minute and not have frozen deer look on our faces for five minutes. Read moreI’ve pretty much lost my patience with them. It’s the only Taco Bell near my house and I do love Taco Bell but the staff there are completely incompetent. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve ordered something with substitutions or add one which I pay extra for and they just completely ignore it. I’m honestly tired of it at this point that store alone owes me about $50 probably more from the amount of times I’ve paid extra to have something added to my food and they didn’t do it. When I’ve ordered through door dash or the app I’ve reported the restaurant and nothing ever gets resolved and they do this all the time. At first I thought maybe it was me forgetting to put it but it’s only this location if I go to the one 30 minutes away in linden NJ it’s fine but I shouldn’t have to drive 30 minutes to get Taco Bell and have my order made right. This ongoing problem needs to be solved weather it’s getting new staff or the manager talking to the staff now whatever the fix is it has to be done or else I don’t see myself going to this...
