So glad I decided not to get my wedding cake here. I was told they could deliver to my venue location and setting up a taste testing I sadly had to reschedule due to my aunt getting surgery. My aunt was the one buying the cake so I wanted her there. I called when she was felling better to come in and they had no idea who I was and what exactly I wanted.after explaining her reply was your picking the cake up right? NO! Went there this morning and order breakfast and I was there for over 20 minutes to get a BLT sandwich, I had to ring the bell twice for service, I got to work and the BLT wasn't how I order it and it was sloppy made like it was done in a hurry, there where other customers there waiting for breakfast as well, I even hear one of them say" what's taking so long with the breakfast sandwich", the employee stated they had to make the bacon and unfreeze the bagels, they should have these items fairly quick especially if they know that clients come in for breakfast, very disappointed today.
