Came here with my husband and few weeks ago, we had the chorizo and steak tacos, waitress was fabulous, food was so good we placed more to-go.
Stopped by today a little after opening, to place a to-go order, the door was locked and staff wasnt there... When the staff showed up they rudely snapped at my husband and wouldnt let him in for over 10 minutes.
When he finally got inside he wasn't even able to place an order for another several minutes.
After placing the order they told us 30 minutes. We drove to another restaurant ordered a to-go, ate it, drove BACK and the order still wasn't ready.
I understand they were just opening but I work at a restaurant, our hours state we open at 12, that's when we are ready and open for business. If your business hours state 11:30, you should have stagf there for one and for two be open and ready for orders. If you need time to get set and prepped adjust your hours accordingly.
A huge group of people walked in LONG after our order was placed and the entire table has food on it.
It has been over an hour now and we are still waiting on this order.
If we hadn't paid already we would've left along time ago.
Not sure we...

This one star is directly related to the billing and service vs the food. The food was average and would have earned between 2-3 stars on its own. Green sauce is better than the red. Enchiladas were good but the burrito was better, nothing really stood out on the menu. When we received the bill, there is an automatic 15% service charge included with done in option. When you pay there is also an option to add an auto populated tip. If you don’t look closely at your receipt is more easy than not to click the minimum tip suggested and double tip as we did. Upon us noticing the double tip error, the restaurant corrected, but had we not said something we would have paid 18.40 for tip on a 56.00 bill. At no point was it mentioned a service charge was associated with dine in until after we called out the error.
This is a very poor business practice and should be brought to the customers attention at the point of seating. There are many other options for authentic Mexican food in the area, unfortunate this experience will have is dining elsewhere in the future. This place did not live up to its...
Read moreThe food was absolutely delicious. I shared with one of the staff that I worked in Mexico 🇲🇽 as a study abroad graduate student in the neighboring state. The chefs that day we are there are from Pueblo. It tasted very similar to the food I enjoyed when I studied abroad in Quintana Roo. It is imperative that people who visit here who are not native to the culture learn that Mexican food varies in taste by region. This was the most delicious authentic food I’ve had to date all over this state thus far and I’m an avid Mexican food restaurant visitor. Totally worth the drive from the Poconos where we vacationed. I had the chorizo tostadas and my spouse had the chorizo tacos. I then came the next day and had the chicken flautas and churros. We both had Tamarindo to drink. Very delicious. Absolutely love the atmosphere, the Mexican music, the people, it was so cozy and wonderful. We even danced a little bit when the staff wasn’t looking!!!! Very delicious food!...
