Third Base Luncheonette — Restaurant in Hazleton

It’s been about 7 years since I’ve been here, but the food was absolutely delicious, and the service was excellent! It was a cash only restaurant then so credit card use was out. Needless to say we didn’t carry cash, just credit cards. We didn’t find that out until we were done eating and ready to leave. The guy who was working at the time said not to worry about it and that we could bring cash next time.

Third Base Luncheonette is absolutely DELICIOUS!!! The food is FABULOUS, the people are FANTASTIC, and the atmosphere is GREAT!!! I only wish I could take this place home with me! I know one thing for sure - the next time I’m in Hazleton, PA - I am DEFINITELY coming here for lunch!!! Just one thing to remember: bring CASH - they don’t take credit cards...

The. Best. Place. to get a hoagie in Hazleton. This place has been serving hoagies and sandwiches forever, and they have perfected their work. The staff is always friendly and the food is always out of this world. You can't beat their prices either, definitely the best bang for your buck. If you're in Hazleton, this is a must stop!
