We order food at 1:48pm for a delivery we called several times to check status on food lady on the phone had attitude we order rice with chicken breast, fried pork with fried plantains, fried chicken with fried plantains they charged us almost $60.00 lady kept saying it’s coming out soon it never did and we had to drive to the store cause they kept denied our call and they didn’t want to refund us the money cause apparently they didn’t have a that order never registered they had attitude to give me the money back it was 4:08pm and we never got our food we drove 1hr and 10 min to eat and we got bad service and attitude as a business owner you need to work on organizing and...

Pls dont go after 6pm...food is greasy and all dried. I ordered Combo #8 for $33!! I did get rice, burnt plaintains that looked like charcoal, salad, meat and 2ltr soda...meat was super dry and brittle....let's keep it real...how do you mess up Chicharrones??? I've lived here 39 years I've been an area obviously my whole lifeStaff here that have taken over a very friendly. I was welcome with kind smiling faces and outstanding food.
