The young girl working the cash register at the bar is rude and disrespectful to the highest degree. This was on 11-01-2022 about 6 pm. Being ignored and watching other people get waited on and get their orders taken when they come in after you, is not the worst part. The worst part is asking her to ring up the bill, so it can be paid. But instead she continues to wait on customers coming inside to get take out orders. In the mean time we are wondering when is she going to let us pay. She glanced back at us once, but said absolutely nothing. Finally a whole new hoard of customers came in the door for take out. Now we are wondering if we are going to have to wait for all of those customers to pay before she gets back to us. Finally she turns and says “you’re going to have to pay at the register.” Now mind you there are five people standing in line at the take out register.now, and no one in line when we ask for the check. I said “ I wish you could have told me before all of these people came in and got in line ahead of me at the register.” And the worst part is she said, in a very rude manner, “I did tell you.” Then she further tried to talk over me and shut me up for telling her she was wrong, and did not in any way indicate that she ready for me to pay, and definitely not anything about paying at the register. I asked to speak to the manager, but all he can say was I’m sorry. But I don’t know what he was sorry about. Was he sorry I was the customer or sorry for the poor treatment. Although our food is always good I was not happy with our last visit. It is stated that they close at 8:30. We arrived at 7:40. Yes I know we was pushing it. I was unaware that the kitchen apparently closed in 5 minutes. Which really should have been stated before we stood there waiting to be seated at a booth that had to be cleaned first even tho there was several empty clean tables available. We drove over 40 minutes just to let my grandma try this place out. When I asked if we could look at the menu just a second being it was her first visit the waitress stated she needed an order now before the kitchen closed in 5 minutes. She stood at our table rushing us for an order. Once we ordered our food she walked off and we had to flag her down to get drinks. We all asked for tea which of course her response was they was out because they are about to close. I can not tell you how many times I had to hear that they was about to close during our visit when we mentioned anything or asked for something. If y'all do not want to serve people past a certain time I suggest you not let folks be seated to eat! We felt uncomfortable, rushed and just didn't have a great experience. I don't see me driving 40 minutes for this again for a while! Once again if you close the kitchen nearly an hour before you close don't seat people if you are going to...

Staff and management were very rude to my family and I. We needed a table for 8 and staff acted as if they didn’t even care about our business. We were repeatedly told that no tables could be moved and yet another family who arrived after us was able to move tables while we had to crunch into a 6person table. When a family member asked why we weren’t able to move a table the Staff and manager both became very defensive and cut us off. This was disappointing and truly upsetting. Another issue we had was with the table and high chair. Our toddler was not even able to reach her own food. This is not okay and we will not be returning. While misunderstandings and accidents happen this was handled so poorly. I can’t believe that even the manager made the comment about staff “ well it wasn’t me who said that and no one asked me”. This could have been solved by a simple “I’m sorry, we had some miscommunication and apologize for any inconvenience.” But instead it was like dealing with children who couldn’t own the problems.
