Ordered 3 Trio and 2 Duo deals. 9 burgers, 5 of which were “ketchup only.” All 5 had mustard. One was eaten. Took 4 back. No problem. Girl at the front was very helpful and apologetic. Stuff happens. We confirmed order said “ketchup only.” Gave her the 4 remaining burgers with mustard to dispose of. Watch the store manager (“Haley”) remake the 4 with bare, ungloved hands. Watched her handle multiple non-food items intermittently between handling our food. The other worker (I’m told she is also a manager or supervisor) do the same: handle food and non-food items concurrently. When I asked Haley if she normally makes food there with her bare hands, she rebutted by asking if I “normally get free food.” I quickly pointed out that I had paid for these burgers. She said that I had paid for burgers that supposedly were made wrong and then claimed they were wrong and never returned them, getting those and the remakes both. I stated that I had returned 4 and the front cashier worker took them. Haley said they watched the burgers be made correctly the first time. I suggested we retrieve the burgers from the trash and inspect them. She said, “Anyway, here are the 4 burgers. Do you want them or a cash refund.” I asked to speak with her boss. She said that’s “corporate, and she would not give me their info saying they would not help in this situation. Adding that I could look them up online and speak with them that way. Read more3/11/23 @ about 1:20pm location #9257. I had a heavy set white lady with dark color hair (I believe) steal some money from me when I placed my order through the drive through. I ordered my food, left and moments later realized that I didn't recieve all that I ordered. I went back through the drive through, made her aware of the situation. She then at the window said I never ordered what I was missing. However, it wasn't my actual receipt she gave me so I wasn't able to verify what she originally charged me. This lady then made me pay again, for what I already paid for.. sent me around front to wait.. and when my food came out, it was completely wrong from what I ordered.. which was less in value then what i paid for the second and first time around. At this point, I'm already super late for my appointments. I have no time to go back in and request my refund or correct order a 3rd time. I absolutely believe this trailer park Tammy, intentionally sent out the wrong food because she was upset that I came back and complained about my missing food. Corporate Burger King, get your employees in line or lose more business. For me, a few dollars is nothing, but how many times in a day is this lady screwing up orders..over charging people and getting away with it? And why are you asking us to donate to your fundraiser? Read moreOhh where to start??? Just left this location and I can say beyond a shadow of a doubt, no less than 4 of the 6 people working are no longer living in reality with how high they are. Watched the guy I’m assuming is the shift manager pass off a vape to another employee. This employee disappeared outside for a few minutes before returning only to walk in circles holding a rag but not cleaning. It took 10 minutes to get our order even though the burgers were in the chutes for at least 7 of those minutes. My double whopper came saturated in mustard. For context, imagine a biscuit covered in gravy. I love mustard but couldn’t eat the burger. My 3 meals were ordered with fries but we got mostly onion rings in each fry cup. The place looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a decade and I’m praying none of us get food poisoning. It feels like a sauna in the place. At 5:30 pm their thermostat read 94 degrees.
