Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Helena

Horrible horrid service. Called the number for the local store but sent to a representative that's not even in this state, they can't determine the address. She put me on hold for 5mins to speak with a manger then transferred me to a CSM, so that he in turn could put me on hold for 20mins. Then that turned into a 3way phone call with my store before finally being able to place my order luckily our local store associate wasnt as incompetent . Total phone time 33.29 mins. So glad I have unlimited talk time! Now I'm waiting for the delivery. It better not be cold or covered in grease like last time, otherwise they will lose my business and that of every friend of mine as well permanently. Boycotting the most expensive place in town won't be too much of an issue for my entire crew I'm sure. I didn't even get to order what I wanted because the representative neglected to mention the stuffed crust option. Why give me half the list? So I'm getting an 18 dollar cheese and pepperoni. We did not receive our full order. Upon trying to call the store to have the rest of our order delivered we were transferred through a call center, I did this on THREE different phones and not once did we get through to the store. I specifically told the third person who was transferring me in the call center that I was already on hold on two other lines and it had been over 10 minutes on each and no answer and they ensured me they were sending me through to a person/manager and I was again put on a hold. The matter was only rectified when 20 minutes AFTER our food had been delivered the driver arrived back to the store and saw part of our order still there at the store, called to say he was bringing it and then delivered it. At that point half our people had eaten and the other half had not, those who waited then had to reheat food. I was 100% disappointed in my experience. What happened to Pizza Hut? They used to be so good, then went downhill, got better for a while, and are now terrible again. Ordered just a simple large pan pepperoni, asked for it to be well done because the last pizza I got from here was barely cooked. It definitely was not well done as requested, cheese barely melted and a pale doughy/sagging crust. Nobody wanted to eat it. There is no way it was cooked according to their required cooking times. I am sure they are overwhelmed and rushing through orders since there is only location left in Helena, but I can't believe anyone working there would think it is acceptable to serve customers a half raw pizza.
