Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Helena

Ah yes, the perfect alternative to Chick-Fil-A, but don't get your hopes up, it won't replace it for me but I used to doubt Zaxby's before but it's now pretty good!!

Food: Alright, I'm gonna get straightforward into it, boneless wings, chicken fingers, crinkle fries with seasoning and alfunnel cake (best item on the menu) with caramel sauce, ranch and Zax's sauce. Fabulous😋✨ The Zax sauce is similar but not identical to Raising Canes and Guthrie's, not taste wise but look wise yes. Seasoning on fries is top notch. Two types of chicken, what more can you ask for?

Atmosphere: About as much as I expected from a chicken place, it has that southern vibe to it, all the decorations and lighting make it so alive. The seats have their own light to them so that's something for guests to enjoy.

Service: While not much, the staff were reasonable enough to understand my order and give it to me in person, asking for my name so they can find the right person to give the order too and asking if it is to-go or if it's eating in...

Thanks for an absolutely disgusting lunch today! I rarely write reviews on fast food. But I've eaten at this location plenty of times as I work around here. Today was completely awful. There was no survey code on the receipt or an option to leave feedback on the app so this is my best option. I placed a mobile order on the app. It said 11 minutes, I was late by 10 minutes to pick up. Good thing because it wasn't even ready. Waited 17 more minutes for my food. I didn't check the food because I needed to get back to work. This is probably the worst chicken sandwich I've gotten from any fast food place. The chicken fillet was so overcooked. They put the wrong sauce on it, and something was wrong with the pickles they tasted rancid. I could not eat this. So no lunch for me today, and wasted $10...

They were rude with me about when I came to pick up a mobile order. Said I need to give them at least 10 minutes to get it ready but I never complained so not sure what the issue was. They were just standing around talking and on their phones so I guess I inconvenienced them. Also I asked if the sauce I ordered for my chicken tenders was in there and the employee that was about to hand me my bag had to ask someone else behind him. The girl said yes so I thanked them and pulled up. Checked my bag and of course no sauce at all. So I drove back around and they shoved it in my hand as if again I was inconveniencing them by them having to do the job they're paid to do. I won't be back to this location in Helena...
