First, I love CFA! I'm an app-carrying member. This location is not quite like the other CFAs I've been to across the country.
Some rules to follow to navigate this CFA.
Don't use the drive thru ever... ever. If you are in a hurry, don't come here (unless you follow point #3). I've waited up to 20 minutes once for an order, and it wasn't that busy for a CFA For the best, and I mean ABSOLUTE best experience (a) Order for "pick up" on the mobile app from wherever you are (b) Immediately confirm that you are "Here" at CFA, even though you're not (c) By the time you drive there and walk in, your order will be waiting in a cubby. Just check it for everything you ordered.
On multiple occasions, I have driven up to an empty drive thru and sat there, waiting for someone to take my order, just to watch another customer drive up behind me into the other drive thru lane and receive immediate service and drive on ahead to the window, while I'm still waiting.
On multiple occasions, I have seen customers come into the restaurant from the drive thru lane, asking for food that was ordered and paid for, and not provided.
I have gone through the drive thru, and I ordered NOTHING customized, but purely the default offering. After paying, I was asked to move forward while a half a dozen customers drove around me with their food already served.
One time I arrived home with my order from the drive thru, and they forgot food that I paid for with my reward points. I called a few times, and the phone went right to voice mail each time, but the voice mail box was full. I just wanted my points back. I contacted customer service via the app who replied that the local CFA would get in touch with me. They never did.

I went through the drive thru at 7:00 p.m. I was greeted by a young lady that I can tell was new but she was very polite and I was patient with my order. I ordered a #2, she asked what kind of cheese, I said not the deluxe just regular spicy, no cheese. I also ordered an additional spicy sandwich and some other items. I got my food and started to drive off when I noticed I didn't have my second spicy chicken sandwich. I parked and went in and was greeted by a nice young man. I informed him I was missing a spicy chicken sandwich. He informed his lead or supervisor and she said I needed a receipt. I pay with the mobile app and normally decline the receipt. I informed him and he got the itemized ticket stuck on the bag and showed it to her. He came back to me and said I'd have to wait. I waited, and waited, and waited until they where finished with basically the entire drive thru. The guy in the blue shirt looked at me and commented that I'd been waiting for a while. I just nodded with disappointment and 20 minutes later I received my sandwich. The rest of my food was cold and had to be microwaved once I got home. 10min drive took 45min to just get what is supposed to be "fast" food. It is 8:20 now. Read moreI would normally give this Chick-fil-A five star rating all the way across. However, the new addition of the mobile app drive-through goes against everything Chick-fil-A is known for. For a business and location that provides itself on efficiency and customer service, this morning there were 14 cars in line for the drive-through to interact with one of the wonderful employees, during which time, one car went through the mobile app line. This caused me to spend over twice as long waiting to order and get my food as it normally would with the two drive-through lanes. I’m a people person. It’s one of the reasons I love Chick-fil-A! If all I wanted to do was deal with an app and a digital board. There’s a lot of other fast food places I could go to. I’ll swing through this Chick-fil-A drive-through in the morning because it’s quick, efficient and good food; All while not slowing me down from getting to other obligations.
