I wanted a pizza with no cheese and extra sausage, so I went to Little Caesars -- home of the ExtraMostBestest Sausage Pizza! When the worker at the drive thru window handed me the box, I opened it just to make sure it didn't have cheese and was actually sausage this time. I thought he was pulling a prank on me. "Excuse me, I ordered extra sausage," I said, opening the box to show that there was less sausage than I had been led to believe should be on a pizza clearly labeled "extra sausage". "That is extra sausage," he replied. "If I ordered an ExtraMostBestest Sausage pizza (for two dollars less), how much sausage would I have gotten?" "ExtraMostBestest is extra sausage, so you would have gotten that much. We've got a specific amount that we're allowed to put on a pizza." I wasn't happy, but I drove off. Before I made it out of the parking lot, I remembered the picture of the ExtraMostBestest Sausage Pizza on the website and turned around. Once inside, I asked to speak to the person in charge. "Does this," I said, showing him the picture from the website, "look like this?" I opened the box. "I don't know what to tell you, that's what they tell us to put on the pizza. We can't put more than that or the inventory won't be right." Since I had already paid and was hungry, I took the pizza with me. Once home, I rearranged the sausage bits so I could at least have a piece of sausage with every bite, but I was left with two slices of pizza that had no sausage whatsoever. This MIGHT be an acceptable amount of sausage for a pizza half its size. It is NOT appropriate for a large. I would think that they could put a few extra pieces of sausage on there for the money they saved on the cheese! I already paid two extra dollars for fewer ingredients, you'd think they would have done me a solid. And that's another thing -- when ordering from the website, you can't customize specialty pizzas like you can on other websites (*cough* Domino's *cough*), so you end up paying more for less! And in the case of the "extra" sausage, you pay more for a LOT less. Look, I'm not heartless. I understand that the price of everything is going up these days. But when the total economic collapse eventually occurs, hoarding sausage isn't going to save you. You're not going to be able to pay for a new kidney with extra pepperoni. Either put a warning on the website that the customer will definitely be disappointed with what Little Caesars considers "extra toppings" or give me an option to pay for an adequate amount. I'm clearly already willing to pay two extra bucks for "no cheese", I'll certainly pay extra for what I consider to be enough sausage. Seriously, if my daughter was a pizza and the sausage was her clothing, I wouldn't let her go out of the house dressed like that. Do better, Little Caesars.

It’s pretty good overall no issue with quality, but ordered 2 pretzel crusts on different occasions and did not get the pretzel part. Average crust with the cheese sauce. Dunno if they have the ingredients or equipment idk. Best pizza Lil Caesars has but I can never get it from here unfortunately.

This Little Caesars cannot seem to find what it needs to be consistently successful, or even consistently open for that matter. Over the last year or so, they had a run with poor staff that ran the business downhill, leading to them getting a series of poor reviews. They somehow managed to get it turned around with new staff and new management, and had a period over the last few months where they did well. Their quality went up, their hours were consistent, and they were doing a great job keeping things going; however, it seems that something has happened recently that has caused them to lose that staff and fall back into the same issues as before. They're back to many of the same quality issues as before, and cannot seem to keep the business open during normal business hours. If you decide to visit this location, you'll need to be prepared for the location to be unexpectedly closed at an abnormal hour, or you'll need to be prepared to wait for an...
