When I called to express my irritation regarding 25% of my $44.00 being made incorrectly, the manager in charge, Jacob, hung up on me. I merely had stated that I was unable to make it up there at this moment- I spoke firmly and he then hung up on me. I called back to speak with the manager and I was told he was- in fact the manager. When I asked if he was the one to hang up on me he said, "Yeah, I did." When I questioned him as to why he would do that he accused me of yelling at him and told me, "I'm not gonna sit here and take this." I was upset as I couldn't get back to the location and I have a team working with me to fulfill a deadline. My suggestion was going to merely be that we have the food delivered via one of the local Delivery services I typically use because the team I am feeding is hungry and working on deadlines- the portion of the order made incorrectly was literally due to a team member who has adverse reactions to Sour Cream. Thankfully, he always checks his food prior...
Read moreMy husband and I moved to the edge of Helena/Bessemer last year and Taco Bell had been probably my favorite fast food place since I was a kid. So I couldn't tell you how many times I've been in my lifetime, but my husband has never been a fan of it but he goes a good bit because I love it so much. But anyways, we have been to the one in Helena a good many times and only a couple of times have they gotten my order wrong but it's kind of understandable cause of the way I order. I always get the Nacho Bell Grande add double beef and double cheese, without refried beans and without sour cream. I also get the Fiesta Potatoes even though they're not on the menu anymore but I got hooked on them years ago when they first came out. Next time I go I'm going to get the potatoes on my Nacho Bell Grande! My husband switches what he gets just about every time and always...
Read moreI usually don’t have trouble with this location, yea every now and again the order is messed up but that’s just human error. Today I went by there in my work Truck which obviously will not fit through the drive through. So I walk to the door (which I always do in Alabaster) and was going to order and just let the person ring me up keep what ever change was left which is usually about $5. Gentleman was nice and told me I can’t order from the door I had to go through the drive through and I told him my truck wouldn’t fit and he refused to just let me order told me I had to order online. It just hits a nerve when they answer the door and just won’t let me order when it’s so easy to make a customer happy. I will probably never set foot in this location again. Thanks Helena Taco Bell for showing me where I stand as a customer who has a work truck that...
