The place had potential but I won’t be going back to this location. They have another one in Winchester that is much better. The only reason why I came to the Hemet location was because we were driving by. First off, it was overpriced and they had random fees. Two items that came out to $21 because we were charged an additional scoop of boba that we didn’t ask for and then we got charged an organic recycling fee that is not a legal consumer fee for customers (look up SB1383 recycling; it’s not even in our region). The worst part is that they also TAXED you on the recycling fee too. I, first hand know and understand that running a small business is hard but be up front about your costs and don’t charge customers unnecessary fees to cover YOUR costs because you think customers don’t know. Most importantly, put up a notice to tell customers about the fees, don’t hide it. Second, we received horrible customer service by the manager and the staff that took our order was trying her best but you can tell she’s new and didn’t know much. Lastly, I will say the crepe was good but I paid full price for a French Crepe with none of the fruit toppings because they told me, that I had to put the fruit in the crepe or not at all since they are not able to put the fruit on the side. In all honesty, they could’ve put the fruit in the same container as the crepe but I simply didn’t want it mushed inside the crepe and they didn’t sell plain crepes. If you have other options, go elsewhere where there are better boba drinks and better service.

Those who know me, know that BOBA TEA IS MY THING! Crepe n Cream is my favorite boba tea shop in Hemet. Believe it or not, there are several places in town to choose from that make boba tea, but this one tops them all😃👍🏻. The savory crepes are delicious, and I've tried the majority of the milk and bubble teas on their menu. Speaking of their menu, the drink and dessert menus are also quite extensive. However, in my opinion, their best drink is not on the menu. If you like Jasmine green milk tea (made with non-dairy creamer), lavender syrup and boba, then ask Joe or Cherish for the "Susan Special"😉👍🏻. Between their drinks, desserts and their sweet or savory crepes, there is something here for everyone! Joe and Cherish are so friendly and they run this awesome place quite wonderfully, but I must say that I miss I'm having their son take my drink order. Crepe n Cream is always my first stop anytime I enter Hemet.

We had a great experience here!! The food was absolutely delicious!!! The place was Clean, spacious and friendly. We ordered the German and french crepes (pictured), 2 Thai teas and a Japanese crepe. All 3 crepes were mouth watering good!! The lemon cream in the German crepe was a burst of sunshine! So good. My husband really enjoyed the homemade Boba, he said it was the BEST he's ever had! **Bonus points for giving us a little ice cream for my daughter 💗.. It's little gestures like that that make a mom & pop, Like Crepe and Cream stand out from other restaurants. Thank you so much for bringing some Yummy to this part of town!! We look forward to returning very very soon.😋

This is my friend and I 1st time going to Crepe N Cream. When we were ready to order. There was a kid at the register. He looked not a day pass 12 years old. He was friendly. However, when my friend paid for out order which was approximately $27.00 (a bit pricey for 1 bubble waffle, 1 crepe, 1 bottle, and energy drink from the cooler) before tipping. I wouldn't mind if the seevice was better. I pulled out cash to tip them in the jar. My friend stopped me and said "no, hun. I'm adding the tip on my card." The kid then said "you can still tip me." Like wow... This kids sounds a little too eager to accept tips for anything. When we recieved out crepe and bubble waffle. The bubble waffle is served in a cone shape bubble waffe holder. I realized I needed a plate Because I wanted to share it with my friend and the ice cream was melting and it was getting messy. I went up to ask the owner for a plate. She looked at me awkwardly and hesitated like it would hurt her business to spare "1" paper plate or wanted to charge me for a paper plate. Then she said "next time you can tell me you want your bubble waffle flat. Most people wants it in the cone because it's cute.". "Really lady!!" If I would have known of the reaction. I would have told my friend not to leave a tip. I'm sure the tip my friend left, over compensate that "1" paper plate. There will not be a next time just because of your reaction and your response. And your son rubbed us off the wrong way. Sound like you guys are too thirsty for money. If your business is hurting it's from your lack of customer service. You're not the only...

Always happy to support small businesses. Walked into crepe n cream (my 1st time there 10/24/22 at about 510-530pm, if the establishment would like to confirm my review with their cameras 😉) and the clerk (a man) was nice and helpful as far as explaining the menu (5 stars here). He took my order, we paid cash (had to run to my car for coins) and i tipped as he stepped away to get something from the back. He returned a FEW SECONDS later (at this point, I regret tipping🤦‍♀️). He starts mixing up something right im front of me. Mind u, i paid him with cash/coins and he didn't even bother to wash his hands/wear gloves after accepting payment. I went on to ask him if that was mine, (cause i was gonna reject it right there and then) and he said, "no. Im gonna make crepes". Wanted to go "full on Karen mode" here, but didn't wanna make a scene. So I said nothing else🤐. A few moments later, a little girl on skates (by the looks of things, the man's daughter. About 10yrs old) took over cashiering and order-taking duties. After taking money from the next customer, she went on to lick the palm of her hand. Not gonna lie,🤢 i was grossed out at the lack of hygiene because i feel that as a consumer, I shouldn't have to ask u to wash up before handling food. But if his 10yr old is doing this at that age, it tells me that hygiene isn't a big deal to them. And in food and beverages establishments hygiene is paramount. Sadly, I will NOT be...
