If I can give this Jack in the box location at 1595 e Florida in hemet a zero star I would! I’ve lost count on the amount of times the employees & managers here have either got my order wrong or simply have made me wait a ridiculous amount of time for my food. The most recent incident was around December 2023 when I had been waiting for more than 20 minutes for 2 kids meals. I went inside to talk to a manager who her name is Jasmin and she did apologized for such a long wait and wanted to offer me a free meal for next time. After I said no really that’s not what I want 3x she insisted and so I gave her my name to write down in the notebook. Here I go today, finally decided to get what she evidently had offered me for taking longer than usual, and a manager by the name of Jose said no it’s only 2 weeks that you have to get it -.- WHEN WAS THAT EVEN MENTIONED!? I said you know what I knew this was going to happen just charge me for my burger & so he did. As I received the rest of my order which was supposed to be 2 PLAIN cheeseburger kids meals, the burgers are not plain! and they honestly gave me like 4 drinks, 2 of them which were the wrong ones of course! Again they had sent me to park in the front so at that point I was livid to have seen my daughters cheeseburgers made wrong again. I went inside told him about it and he said sorry I’ll make them again and I’ll refund you for the chicken sandwich meal. Long story short, I go home and all I see are the chicken burger I was first charged for with LITERALLY that amount of fries in the bag. At this point, I’d really suggest corporate does something about these “managers” because they will run you out business with their poor management skills! I’m not one to complain to just get “free food” but it’s so many times that they mess up its honestly...
Read moreIf I could, I would give them a -5 stars. I went through the drive thru and at first everything seemed normal. And when I got my order I asked if everything was in the bags. It was 3 combo meals and two orders of tacos , small fries and a slice of cheesecake. All 3 burgers were wrong. They didn't give me the small fries or the cheesecake. Before leaving drive I asked if everything I ordered I. The bags and the female assured me it was. When I got home ready to serve everybody their meal, I noticed everything was wrong. I called them to tell them that my order was wrong and I spoke to the person in charge at that time. She remembered me and told me she would replace my entire order, as long as I came in before the month of March was over. I told her I would be in within the next couple of days. I went in the next day and was treated like a crook and was told by the manager I just wanted a free hand out and didn't replace my order. She was SO RUDE!!!!! SHE ALSO GAVE ME THE WRONG INFORMATION WHEN I ASKED FOR HER SUPERIOR'S NUMBER. SHE HAS VERY POOR CUSTOMER'S SERVICE SKILLS. Customers are going elsewhere because of TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, OR ITS DIRTY, OVERALL EVERYTHING IS WRONG ABOUT THIS LOCATION! AND IT STARTS WITH MANAGEMENT! Read moreI picked up my daughter from the hospital this morning and we decided to pick up something to eat. We pulled into the drive thru and ordered a 10 piece chicken nuggets, a breakfast burrito combo with a chocolate shake, a sourdough sandwich and 2 more chocolate shakes. We waited and waited and waited. I'm not sure of the time but a half hour at least. Several cars pulled out of line and drove away. When we reached the window I asked what the problem was. Three young men were standing there and we were told something to the effect that the computer mixed up all the orders. I saw the three chocolate shakes sitting there and asked if they had been sitting there long and one of the you men told me no, he just made them 2 minutes ago. Well the whipped cream was melted against the lid which looked unappealing and the shakes had definitely began melting. Not only that, all the food was either cold or barely warm. I didn't hear any apologies or anything offered to make it right and we paid $33. I suppose that these three young men did not have much experience and apparently there wasn't even a supervisor on duty. Needless to say, I am not happy with...
