Attention Fatties, foodies, orange chicken lovers, Chinese food addicts and value seeking people who want more bang for their buck! From this fattie to everyone who isn't offended 😂, Mr. You's is THE place to go when you're craving fast-food Chinese takeout. This review isn't to compare restaurant style, gourmet or authentic Chinese food to a quick-service restaurant serving food from metal warmers. It's MY opinion on taste, value, atmosphere and level of customer service. The food is always hot and always tasty. And if you've never been here before...the serving sizes will confirm your money was spent well. The girls fill the containers with so much that they can barely close them shut. So much food we always have leftovers or 2 can share 1 container. Although I've only chosen to dine in about 3x, the restaurants are always clean and neat creating an inviting place to sit and eat. The ladies are all so genuinely friendly and dedicate the entire transaction to serving just you and giving your order complete attention all the way to ring up. They avoid trying to take care of multiple customers at once ensuring you aren't skipped over to ring up someone behind you because they had a smaller order or the potential to get your order wrong. I'm never disappointed with my choice to get lunch or dinner there. My favorite items are the cream cheese wonton (crab rangoon), sweet and sour chicken, bbq pork, salt and pepper shrimp (HUGE breaded shrimp) and... obviously... their orange chicken. I’m sad cuz this WAS my favorite donut shop for like 4 years and now I don’t think I’ll go there again because of how poorly I was treated. I ordered a PEACHES AND CREAM smoothie and I was given a COOKIES AND CREAM, I tried to tell the lady that I asked for peaches and cream and she just got upset and said “no you ordered cookies and cream.” UH NO MA’AM I KNOW WHAT I ORDERED!! AND she had to audacity to tell me “I DONT HAVE PEACHES AND CREAM” I was like BREH IM LOOKING AT IT NOW!! WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?!! Not once did I get an apology for her mistake and misunderstanding. I understand there will be a language barrier sometimes and I wasn’t upset with that, I was just upset that she was so mad yelling at my friend and I all because she didn’t want to admit she was wrong. The person who served me was very nice and polite. I ordered the Mongolian Beef. In most places this is really a good safe dish. Here is was at the low end of medium. I asked to use the restroom after I ate. The other woman who worked there told me that the restroom was out of order. I knew that she was lying. I told her that I knew because the state of California requires her employer to have a functional restroom if she works for 4 hours or longer. She kept fighting and lying. Finally she opened it up. She even went in herself to make sure it worked she told me. Another lie. She knew full well that it worked. She complained about homeless people putting things down the toilet. I told her that I wasn't homeless and that I bought my meal there. She continued to justify and I told her that she was very rude and that she gets to eat and pay her rent because of the people who buy their food there. She was trying to fight back. I told I didn't care what she thought. She needed to be nicer and indeed even homeless people deserve respect which she needed to learn. Go to the other one in the same center. They don't...
