Patty’s rotisserie chicken — Restaurant in Hemet

What happened! Juan Pollo was such great chicken and I would drive all they way down to that end of town just to buy their chicken but today I called and someone answered "Patty's Rotisserie Chicken", to my surprise, didn't know they changed and when I asked what happened, they told me everything was the same except the name. NOT!! The chicken was so dry and tasteless that I had to smear some potato salad on it with a bunch of salsa just to get it down, even then, it stuck in my throat and I had to wash it down with water, sooooo disappointed! The beans were tasteless, the rice had like 3 pieces of green onion in it, never going back, it is absolutely not the same, people, don't go there unless you like dried,...

My family and I would always come here when it was “Juan Pollo” . Never had a problem with ordering to go over the phone nothing . Just called , current time 8:25 pm , Sunday . On Google maps it says they close at 9pm . I call a few times , a lady answers saying “we’re closed” . I say “hi excuse me are you guys still open I thought you close at 9Pm” she then says “no we close at 8:30” 😑 it’s 8:25 remember ? I try to ask her so if it’s 8:30 closing you guys are still open ? She very rudely says NO . And hangs up the call . Very rude . What happened to their super nice customer service there ? Smh , won’t be going...

Gave it a try after someone close worked there and said they were at the owners home and the owner put chicken in their own sinks to thaw and its overflowing and rotted... I waited a few years to try it but when I did... I got home with my $40 worth of chicken, I lifted a piece out of the box and a long black hair was stuck to the bottom of it ... I tossed it aside and noticed a long black hair stuck to the fork mixed in potatoe salad...😐 NOPE! 🤮 I will never go back! Tables inside were also sticky with a smell. I bet if you blacklight it it will glow like...
