KFC — Restaurant in Hemet

I asked for my condiment’s more than once Drive thru I almost thought the young girl understood me i than asked again if I can get my condiments again because she told me to park and wait an she said yes that they would be on the receipt but to be honest she didn’t care I had a long day an the only thing I wanted was a good meal with my Family an to have everything I needed that’s why I kept asking for my condiments over an over because once they make you park they don’t care if your order is correct or not an I was so trusted in the girl that said yes more then once that I would receive them , well i get home ready to eat with my Family an there is absolutely nothing I asked for in bag , I was super disappointed because I drove all day literally an I sure in the heck did not want to drive back to kfc , so I called kfc in east hemet an spoke to Daniel an he refused to give me the girls name an to ask her why she didn’t give me what I asked for I wanted to know why ! How hard was it to get some condiments together that you assured customer would get ! You may not care about other people dinners but I’m sure you care about yours ! Think about that ! I don’t really like this KFC but it’s the closest to me the customer service is...

Today I went to get dinner I ordered a 16 piece family meal with mash potatoes, corn, French fries and Mac cheese I got my order really fast and left I was in a rush my family and I were having the missionaries over for dinner when I got home my kids right away asked for the French fries I looked in the bag and there we literally two frys in the bag but no side of Fry's so I rushed back to get the Fry's after getting the Fry's I also order another fry and chocolate cake I got that hurried back home before the missionaries got here started serving everybody when I got to the mash potatoes part I noticed I didn't have the gravy or pot pie either by then I was like forget it Im not going to make a third trip to get what they had forgotten to give me long story short always make sure you get everything you ordered and remember if it came really fast it must not be fresh which it was 81.00 in the dumpster never again will I be returning next time I guess.poppeyes or humm maybe try and cook if...

Food is old potatoes wedges tasted day old chicken was stale dry mashed potatoes had a skin on the top of the gravy I wouldn't recommend this KFC to anyone I miss KFC in Moreno Valley & Riverside ..... tried it again cause my daughter wanted it so sorry I came bk again food still was old dry and tasted reheated.... PepsiCo foods should be ashamed for not holding this store accountable for not adhering to company standards…. EDIT THE PHOTO SHOWN IS WHAT WAS GIVEN TO ME TODAY JULY 08, 2022 I decided to remain calm & level headed & ask could my chicken be replaced the young man behind the counter looked at the young lady taking orders in the drive through & they chuckled & he said why because the batters messed up you’re just going to eat it anyway. This chicken looks like it went 2 rounds with Mike Tyson !! I know some ppl are rude to restaurant employees but I’m not but it’s all good karma...
