App said my order was ready but manager said it’s been down and order wasn’t started. She said 10-15 minutes. After 15 minutes I asked the manager if there is a way that I can get some free bread sticks to accommodate for the inconvenience and she got so hostile telling me there is nothing to give because they are backed up with 40 orders. I told her “my order isn’t even ready can you start some breadsticks too” she said no there is no breadsticks for her to give me. I mentioned “not even the pizzas that are ready?” She said no those are other people’s orders. I said “so you aren’t going to give me any compensation for the app being down and me having to wait longer because you’re backed up 40 orders?” I was not looking for an argument just common sense when you mess up as an employee you accommodate an inconvenience. She started arguing with me and giving me so much attitude and throwing her hands all over the place talking about there’s nothing ready and I can just get a refund and go. I asked for the manager and she said “I am the manager” I told her how disrespectful she was being and that she shouldn’t treat her customers that way and she said “FREEDOM OF SPEECH” she had the most disgusting behavior. She mentioned freedom of speech twice. Little Cesar’s is a cheap pizza grab and g place so I don’t expect much to be honest. I know these are high school kids/college kids but to argue and tell me she can say whatever she wants because it’s freedom of speech is disgusting. Lashing out on a customer because they asked for free breadsticks for the inconvenience THE MANAGER AND TEAM caused is ridiculous! The cost is not even $5. I even asked for a discount but she said she can’t do that. Not even a soda. I asked for a refund and I told her I will still be getting my order. She then argued with me that that’s what she meant the whole time. I told her no you didn’t say that and I let her know I would give her a bad review. I come in all the time there’s always a wait and mistake. Had my older given away twice whatever no big deal I get over it but this was uncalled for. After waiting 40 minutes I asked where my order was I asked the manager and she said let me go check. Another employee approached me and said, when we give refunds we don’t give free food. I was livid! The manager said she would give me my food and nothing was even made. The manager was laughing and talking crap so I called her. She saw me standing there for 40 minutes knowing she asked them not to make my order. She then denied ever saying she would give me food after she told me she would. The other employee approached me and said can you explain what happened? I then explained everything I mentioned on here and the manager denied it all in my face. I told her you told me you would give me the food for the inconvenience and now your denying it? She even acted like she was checking for me after 40 minutes. I am so upset writing this!!! I continued to call her out on her lies and even asked her why she would allow me to stand in the lobby knowing I would not even be helped. She was smiling in my face walked away and didn’t want to deal with me. The disrespect was so disgusting! I thank the other employee who said she was a supervisor who brought 2 pizzas with 2 bread sticks and apologized. I told her and the other employee that they were not the problem but the manager was very disrespectful. I asked for their owners information but the manager said I could google little Cesar’s corporate to get that information. I was looking for her boss’s but she did not want to provide this information. Unbelievable that I have to write this review. I have never been treated this way. Getting off from work just to get my kids some pizza and this was what I deal with. At the end I want to thank the other employee for doing the right thing and I will be contacting corporate about this matter. FIRST, I HAD A NEIGHBOR THAT WORKED AT "PIZZA~PIZZA" YEARS AGO, & SHE TAUGHT ME A FEW "BACKROOM" THINGS ABOUT THEM.
THE FLATTENED PIZZA DOUGH IS PLACED IN A PAN, THEN THE COOK PLACES A CLEAN, METAL "RING" (WHICH IS ABOUT 3/4" (+/-) SMALLER IN DIAMETER THAN THE INSIDE OF THE PIZZA PAN.
THIS ALLOWS FOR #1) A DISTINCT "CRUST" TO FORM; #2) THE PLACING OF TOPPINGS ON THE DOUGH IN A MORE ORDERLY, UNIFORM MANOR; #3) A CLEANER, NEATER, MAYBE MORE AESTHETICALLY APPEARING FINISHED PIZZA. (OF COURSE THE RING IS REMOVED WHEN THE PIZZA IS COOKED)

MANY OF THOSE PIZZAS ARE DESIGNED WITH ONLY A 1/4" (+/-) CRUST, SOME WITH "NO CRUST." I AM EXTREMELY FOND OF A "NO CRUST" PIZZA, WHY? I SIMPLY DON'T CARE FOR PLAIN OLE CRUST. BE AWARE THAT ON RARE OCCAISION, I HAVE HAD A BIT OF DIFFICULTY WHEN ORDERING MY "SPECIAL ORDER" PUZZA.
HOWEVER, VIRTUALLY ALWAYS, I CAN EXPLAIN MY REQUEST WELL ENOUGH TO GET EXACTLY WHAT I WANT, & I DO. Read morei had a very bad experience with a cashier today dark hair on the bigger scale. i ordered my food online my driver delivered marvelously. saddened at the fact my soda and dip wasnt delivered because the cashier had mentioned i hadnt paid for my soda or dip i paid $62.36. my driver had to go back to the store to bring me my soda which was paid for I had at this point called the store letting them know my Dasher was going to be picking up a soda. Everything was going good when my Dasher got to my front door. She had said the cashier made it a big deal and refused to give her my soda so she had to pay out of her own pocket money to give me something that was already paid for. Its unfair, waste of time and inconsiderate my driver was 56 - 60 years old. she doesn’t get paid nearly enough delivering food just to have to pay out of her hard earned money for something that I had already paid. I went to the store to try to get my point across and I was being argued with saying it was the Dasher fault for not picking up a soda, not knowing if this was a Dasher first time ever delivering food there should’ve been proper communication as they are customer service they should’ve helped my Dasher understand that my Dasher has to pick up the soda if it was on my receipt instead forced into buying out of her own money that woman shouldn’t be working at fast food if she doesn’t know how to have proper communication responsibility mostly respect as someone who has worked fast food before you should Handle customer service and be mindful of others most importantly, being considerate I’m not upset. I didn’t get a soda or a dip.
