We waited over an hour to get cold food! Then I called to complain and Amanda the manager on duty only wanted to offer us a $20 credit for our next order on a $60 order! Gave me the corporate phone number after I told her she can come get this cold food!! After she tells me they are busy and my food was in a warmer for over 30 minutes while their driver made runs. Then they brought the wrong soda so when I called back to ask if he was bringing my soda and the receipt they never gave me, Amanda told me no because I called corporate! Poor customer service and they don't care about returning customers it's sad how much of a poor service she gave as a manager! I said okay thanks and I stood in line waiting. After she took three other customers who were in the Drive-Thru even though she told me I'll be with you right after so I stood there and then the manager walks up and says don't worry I'll help you I'll take your order I said I'm just picking up she took my cash and asked were you being helped I said we'll no. Read moreDONT EAT HERE. Today around 5:00 I ordered 2 pizzas on hand tossed crust. I bit into a piece and tasted something wrong. I looked at my piece and it had a piece of white hair hanging from the middle of it. I inspected rest of food and found more white hairs . I turned around (disgusted) for a refund. I showed the manager the hair and he offered they remake it. The manager apologized and told me it’s not their fault because they don’t make the dough in house. So I politely declined more food from them. THEN I posted on Facebook incidents about what happened to warn others who might be eating there tonight. I got bullied and harrassed by an employee (or someone who knows one) and they were telling me that I am lying, telling me I did not have unknown, unwanted, stringy hair inside my mouth, and had no hair in my food and want free stuff.
