Golden Ginger — Restaurant in Hemet

We have gone, taken out from here now for some years, have only been happy, enjoyed the service, their food from here. We actually stumbled upon this places many years ago when we purchased our home from just down the street from here, stopped in as my husband loves their well he calls it the Pu Pu Platter, yet I think they call it the Appetizer Assortment for two. He likes the ribs they offer on there and many other items like the Fried Shrimp which is pretty good sized, I like the Egg Rolls, Crab Rangoon, the Paper Wrapped Chicken, they also have Been on a Stick, what he likes is it comes to your table on this lie rotating small grill and you can cook them up a bit more, but it's mostly just to reheat your items, as some may cool down as you're enjoying some of the other tummy choices. They offer many item choices and they also serve beer, wine, saki my husband likes the plum wine, different selections they offer too. I like the Hot Tea, which I find that if I ask for it I can receive it, but I think it's upon request mostly. I also enjoy their Chicken Fried Rice, Lo Mein and so many other item choices that they have available, they offer them as a la carte, also by meals like lunch, dinner items. You receive the crispy noodles before your meal which I love with the sweet, sour sauce, my husband likes them with that hot mustard too. Overall when we've gone there to either dine in, or take out they're friendly, the Restaurant has always had other guests that too are enjoying how clean, the great food that they too are receiving, we've only had enjoyable, pleasant experiences, of dining and eating their food of wonderful quality. Sometimes we eat in and sometimes we order delivery. The thing that bothers me is they never include utincils or napkins when we get delivered. I called the owner I think her name is min, she said we never do. Stupid. Even fast food includes napkins. Anyways, after they delivered my food I looked at my reciept and they charged me $5 instead of the normal$2 for delivery. I called as I thought maybe they increased it for 2019. I asked about the delivery charge the person that answered the phn said for my zip code its $2. I asked why was I charged the $5 the owner answer was becuase I did not tip the driver and she hung up on me. Wow. She is such a bad bus. Lady, first, she lied because she calculated the $5 before he got here. Second, I did tip him, third she had the guts to hang up on one of her regular customer. This woman tried to slip a charge of $2 extra when I was in to eat. You better watch your reciept. Even if I font tip she cant include it without asking. It is discrimination when you charge one person $5and the zip code they said was only $2. just watch her. She is a theif. The food is good but the servers were three worst I've ever experienced in life they walk around like zombies with a sour faces. I had to walk up front to get more napkins and such. While eating one came up and tried to take my plate... Clearly I was still eating! Nobody checked to see if the food was ok,? Water glass was empty. I go to register to pay cuz nobody came to clear my plates and they were on their cell phones and they pretended to be doing something. I had a mask on when I came up to the register and they had the audacity to tell me to move to the other side of the table but yet when they were at my table taking my order she was touching my leg that’s how close she was!
