One of the worst Services I have ever experienced my husband and I waited patiently in line for a long time until it was our turn once it was our turn and we had a couple questions about the product we wanted to purchase the woman behind the counter that was supposed to help us got really frustrated and irritated and annoyed didn't even hardly understand the question we were asking which was basically what was the size of the product she seemed extremely confused and then walked away and said she will be back did not even finish helping us did not want to answer any of our questions absolutely pathetic definitely need to retrain we walked out and went home and made our own milkshakes without some funky ladies attitude, I was making coming here a daily habit but I'll definitely be...

WEIRDO STAFF! I’m sorry but the customer service is really off here. The staff are laughing at customers and are not the friendliest. I walked in past 9pm as I heard this is a 24/7 donut shop. Wow, was this visit a let down. The donut holes were too chewy and they weren’t fluffy, they seemed smushed. The only high point of this visit was the sour cream donut, I recommend it. However, I probs won’t be returning unless it’s an emergency because customer service and feeling welcomed is a must for me and I don’t get that vibe here.
