If I could give them no stars I would. I went there yesterday to get a salad and I found a hair in my salad. I took it back and told them and they didn't even look in the salad, the hair was sitting right on top. The drive thru attendant called another lady over and told her and she came to the window and asked, "yes?"as if asking me what do I want. Which I thought wasn't right because she had just been informed by the drive thru attendant. I proceeded to tell her that there is hair in my salad I just bought and she said, "ok" as if what is she supposed to do about it. I proceeded to tell her. I want my money back for that salad and she said, "I can't give you your money back and I said yes you can. I do not want anything else from here to replace it. I don't want to eat here again. You will need to give me my money back." She went and brought another lady to the front and that lady gave me my money back. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI live in the area and have been going to this Jack in the Box for over 6 years. Tonight I went to this location, at approximately 1040 p.m. to order food. It took half an hour to get through the drive through. After I got home, I had two separate meals missing from my order. I drove back to the store arriving back at 1150 p.m. It took 20 minutes to talk to either of the two employees inside of the store. I requested my food, and then sat and waited for 35 minutes for the food to be remade. During this time other customers were driving through and honking. And throwing food at the drive through window because it was ordered wrong. And one person tried to break into the window because he was angry with staff, resulting in the police showing up. I did finally receive my order 5 minutes before they closed, but I will not be going back. I'm certain the dozen other customers in line...

Whoever the lady is at the window is rude and has an attitude problem with customers all the time. No one forced her to work at that job so Iām not understanding why so much frustration is being taken out on the customers. When Iām getting my order together the lady on the mic just keeps rushing me as if I was done with my order, she has no patience as a grown adult. There are times Iāve ordered here and got the wrong order or missing parts of my order and then they have an attitude when you tell them your order is incomplete. The employee also takes it upon herself to substitute your drink for something else if that option isnāt available without even asking or caring if thatās what you actually want.
