They constantly have new people who are untrained working alone and the ones who have been there for a while get an attitude no matter how nice you ask them something. All around just a bad energy in the store when you come in you’re not greeted, the staff is usually on their phones or in the back joking around. I’m all for having a stress free, fun work environment but when customers come in they should be greeted and they shouldn’t feel like they are burdening the workers for wanting a sub. The veggies are typically wilted or not fresh and when you ask them if they can give you unwilted lettuce/spinach or fresh veggies they get upset like you’re asking them...

Today at approximately 9:45 a.m. I walked into the Pilot truckstop next door and there was for officers from department of public safety getting coffee. A young woman with very short hair wearing a Subway shirt, Walked by and said what waste of taxpayers money, reffering to the officers that were getting coffee. I walked outside and she was smoking a cigarette taking a break. The officers were getting coffee doing the same thing. I call the store to find out who the manager was and told her what happened , and she said it was her that made comment and she was manger. I come here a lot. But today a big black guy serving was full of attitude. No hello, never asked for what I wanted just stared at me. Another black gentleman walks in and its " how you doing sir. What can I get for you?. I didn't know subway employed racists. 3.45pm 3/29/24 Update. The meat section was covered. So I couldn't see him put meat on.
