Arby's — Restaurant in Henderson

Fed up with this Arbys. Has been going on for over a year! This Arbys is not one bit consistent with the slicing of there roast beef. Now im not a noob, i worked at Arbys years ago and I know exactly whats happening and it all boils down to LAZY employees not wanting to do the work to Arbys specs. Sometimes which is very rare the roast beef is shaved to Arbys standards but 70% of the time it is NOT. Employees do not want to operate the slicer the way its suppose to be done because it takes them longer to slice the beef. They continuously put the slicer dial on a thicker thickness then what its suppose to be so they can slice more weight at a time. PURE LAZY EMPLOYEE. Today I received the normal nasty thick roast beef that they usually provide and I threw it away. The roast beef is suppose to be shaved thin see threw not thick cut deli meat. Your roast beef is disgusting when sliced like this. I know the beef is weight per sandwich and when it only takes 2 slices of beef on a french dip ITS NOT SLICED RIGHT. Gross. Reporting to corporate. I suggest you train your employees the correct way to use the slicer per arbys specs or find a new job where you can be lazy. Arbys food is WAY OVERPRICED for the quality provided this way. Ill be checking in with Arbys using nothing but coupons and free rewards for the next few months just to see if anything has been done at this location and every single time i get this nasty lazy roast beef sliced like this i will call into corporate. Going tonight for Halloween 2024. This Arbys has a bad habit of allowing there employees to ingore there slicer knob and slice, serve thick, chewy gross roast beef off the slicer. Im going to request wafer thin, shaved roast beef on my sandwiches today and lets hope I receive the service Im paying for and the employees are serving what Arbys roast beef should be according to Corporate. Now I have requested this before here and was met with a “we can’t do that” statement via a manager who was an older man during day shift. I have contacted corporate and was informed YES they do have to cut your roast beef wafer thin and shaved so we will see what happens today at lunch. I was told to get the managers name and location if they say no. Photos will be provided. I hope this won’t be me last visit to Arbys

EDIT- Halloween night. Told the kid to please make sure the roast beef is wafer thin likes its suppose to be, he says ok. 15 minutes waiting in the drive thru and not only did he completely ignore the roast beef seeing I received the lazy cut again but half my order was missing after pulling off. No chedder cup, no red ranch cup, no lettuce on the roast beef and old hard as a rock fries. Heres a pucture of what this arbys is suppose to be serving for roast beef cut and one is what this Arbys serves. They do this due to lazy sandwich makers in the back. It seems that every time I go to the Arby’s on why 41 in Henderson, KY; they mess up my order.

This time, I asked for 1. Classic crispy chicken Meal PLAIN , medium curly fries and medium lemonade. For $7.69 . The Fries are cold and hard. The only good thing from that 1st meal was the lemonade. Opened her chicken sandwich and took a huge bite it at was rubber on one side and the inside was colder that it should have been. . The med fries were actually full but they were COLD, OLD & HARD.

I ordered a FRENCH DIP & SWISS MEAL with au jus cup and large curly fries with a lg sweet tea (fantastic sweet tea) But my curly fries were only filled up less than half way but we’re supposed to be large. My sandwich was wrong. I opened my “FRENCH DIP & SWISS MEAL WITH AU JUS CUP”, but I’m missing the au jus cup. The sandwich didn’t look right either. I could have paid less for more if I got roast beard and cheddar sandwiches

Finally, I purchased the 2/$6 Every day Value BnC sandwiches for my fiancé. But both were cold and barely had any meat and only a dime size amount of cheese.

I asked several times for ranch and Arby’s sauce and seemed to be ignored. I got 4 Arby’s sauce for 4 sandwiches. Where’s the extra??? I asked for 8 sauces and 4 ranch. They shorted me the ranch too. Was willing to pay. . Worst experience I’ve ever...
