I thought our DQ had really turned around for the positive, with a couple good visits. After tonight, not anymore.
I ordered through the DQ app for delivery. It got here and I told driver a blizzard was missing. He said it was all there but I told him it wasn't so we were at a standoff.
Gave up and went inside. Not only was the blizzard upgrade in my combo missing but so was the large order of cheese curds...so basically half my order. The bag was stapled shut so I know this was not on the delivery driver.
So I called the store and got a very rude girl. She said yeah we're out of cheese curds. Ok why didn't you call and let me know so I could substitute? (Orders thru the app have our phone number...anywhere else would have called). Silence. I said OK what about the missing Blizzard? She said "well we can't remake that cause you could still go to doordash and dispute it." Huh? All I wanted was the food I PAID FOR, nothing more!
So I basically got 1/3 of the meal I paid $20 for. These folks obviously don't care anymore (and to be fair neither does DoorDash cause you're damn right I called after I hung up with her and they weren't much better...saying to wait for an email for if they can do anything.
So I'm done yet again with Henderson Dairy Queen. (And DoorDash as well)
Check your orders folks and don't expect anything to be made right when it's messed up.

Read moreI attended this establishment at approximately 10:27AM. While waiting in the drive thru a woman came on the speaker and advised that they were not open until 10:30AM I said I would happily wait the 3 minutes. As I waited the time ticked by.. I waited until 10:43AM with no response from the staff. I decided to go in to place my order only to find that the door was locked. With the staff knowing that I was waiting in the drive thru I dont see how there could be a valid explanation for the blatant disregard for not only my time but also my service. I called this establishment to verify the hours of operation to be told that they are in fact open at 10:30AM. The woman on the phone tried to justify this disservice by informing me that the employees were late to work and were still counting the drawers. I dont know what counting the drawers has to do with taking an order but apparently catering to tardy employees is more important than waiting customers.

I dont know if you have issues comprehending or you just didn't bother to attempt to read my review but in no way was I trying to eat in your indoor or outdoor eating area. I was simply trying to place order. As I said I was ignored in the drive thru and when I went in to place an order which is allowed because I have done it several times during the age of COVID the doors were locked even though it was well past opening time. Read moreI love DQ, especially their ice cream, but this location is just awful. I've been to this location several times since I moved here and each time has just been aggravating. No matter if you go inside or drive through, be prepared to wait for 15-20 min for a single item order. This isn't while there busy, either. This is just while there is one customer or even no customers ahead in line. Today I ordered a cookie dough Blizzard. It's supposed to have fudge in it which turns the vanilla ice cream a light brown. The employee hands me a cup of melty, bright white ice cream. She didn't turn it upside down because it just would've glopped out of the cup. I politely reminded her it's supposed to have cold fudge. She says it does. I point out that it's bright white ice cream. She just says, "I put it in there." It's obvious I'm not pleased with this (because my order is clearly wrong) but she just stares at me. No napkins.
