I wish I could give a 3.5. My husband brought home the pulled pork, baked beans, mac and cheese, and chess bars. The next day, we went for breakfast. I'll list in order 1.) Pork- Perfect on the smoke flavor! However, almost too salty. (Love the bark pieces) 2.) Baked beans- Very sweet, but finishes well, with the meat in it. 3.) Mac and cheese- Nice & creamy 4.) Chess Bars- Pretty good! BBQ sauce is awesome!

Breakfast 1.) Biscuits and gravy- Honestly, it tasted like bland ground beef in a cheap gravy. No flavor of sausage or anything else. Almost like a very cheap sausage. Dollar store, cheap. Just a heated flavor from the red pepper flakes (either put in the gravy or already in the sausage) too much heat. The biscuit seemed ok, but just no flavor. 2.) Sausage, egg, and cheese on a bun?- Bland. No flavor. 3.) Fried bologna, egg, and cheese on a bun?-(I don't eat bologna, but my husband said it was awesome!) If you go for breakfast, there's no juice or coffee. I will say that the staff were very friendly and fast! The price of food (especially the bbq) is EXCELLENT!

Everything here is always great! I only ever get the same dish! BUT it's delicious!! Today my son(who's 3) and I, sat in and ate for a bit. The only objection I have is the music played. A lot of people won't understand, but as a believer, I'm VERY selective of what I listen to and my child. Of all songs to come on "sex and candy"🤦🏽‍♀️ Needless to say, we ended up leaving. But that is my only issue. It wouldn't stop me from eating there, or going and ordering again. I would suggest Christmas music (for the holidays) or instrumental music)... 5 stars for...

If you love pulled pork and ribs and smoked mac and cheese and you haven’t had ChefWhat yet your missing out. This is the BEST BBQ in Henderson and Evansville and Owensboro. I won’t eat bbq from anywhere else, especially the pulled pork. Its juice, fresh, the best around. Smoked mac is killer good to. They even have there own sauce and I buy it by the bottle. Its the only sauce we use since trying it. Il be eating here several...
