Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Henderson

DO NOT COME TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!! I have never ever had worse service like I have here. I placed an online delivery order through the official website. I received a text message saying my order was all of a sudden canceled and to contact the store for future action. I called 10 times over and over again in an 5 minute span and no one answered the phone. So we go to the store and get either a refund, an explanation, or my food. Upon arriving and asking for the manager this so called manager flat out refuses to look at the online receipt and says it’s a DoorDash order there’s nothing he can do. Doordash had absolutely nothing to do with my order as I ordered through their own website. While trying to desperately explain how this isn’t a doordash order this so called manager accused us of running a scam to get free pizza. The audacity to accuse a PAYING customer of scamming is completely outrageous and unprofessional. All because this man REFUSED to look at the online receipt. After arguing for 15 minutes and getting absolutely no where I decided to leave and handle this situation with corporate. Only then did the manager run outside with a pizza finally trying to correct their own mistake. I still did not receive part of my order and items were made wrong. Because like I said, the manager refused to look at the online receipt to even make the order correctly. I will be calling corporate. Negative Stars experience for a new store. They must have rehired the last crew that shut down the store on Hwy 41. Just as horrible service if not worse service. Ordered from the app, stated my pizza was being boxed up. Drove up to the drive thru and the attendant said "a few more minutes your pizza is being boxed up"."Please pull back around to the front of the store in one of the parking spots, then condescendingly tells me not back there thats the back of the store just so you know and then says I'll bring it out once it's done". I pull around get the notification it is completely ready. Sit out front waiting and watching for the drive thru attendant for 20 minutes. Watching people after me come and go with their orders pretty fast and still no order for me. Nobody is left, I pull back up to the drive thru. Same attendant after another 10 minutes of nobody attending the front counter. Comes back to the window, I stated "Must have forgotten I was waiting on you to bring my order out front". He then frantically starts acting like he lost my order with what appeared to be a manager. Comes to the window with my order, pizza and puffs are ice cold. Starts arguing if that's what I ordered. Came back home to the worst pizza I've ever had in Henderson KY. The Cheese Puffs were the onlything edible. This place won't last long with this kinda of service. I ordered almost $30 worth of food from this Henderson, Ky store using the Little Caesar’s app. I chose delivery, not knowing that they only use DOORDASH for their deliveries. Then I get a TEXT From the DoorDash driver saying the store couldn’t locate my order so the driver was leaving and that MAYBE DoorDash would call me. I called Little Caesars and couldn’t get an answer on the local number or the 877# listed for issues with deliveries. The delivery should have been here 10 mins ago but now I’m hungry and angry. Now after my fiancé called the local store 20+ times, FINALLY SOMEONE answered and told me that when DoorDash got there they didn’t have my order but it came in 20 mins later. Little Caesar’s took no responsibility. They wouldn’t deliver it and wouldn’t refund me. As my fiancé was about to leave and go get it himself (after paying $2.99 delivery fee, $2.04 service fee ans $3.00 tip); Little Caesar’s called me on my work phone# I happened to have with me that wasn’t on the order, only in my app. They said someone from DoorDash just came to the drive thru window saying they were there to pick up my order ?
