Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Henderson

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!! LITTLE CEASARS IS BETTER PIZZA THAN WHAT THIS STORE SERVED!! (Better service too!)

I placed an order online for curbside pickup, i have 2 babies in the car otherwise I would go get it myself. It says will be ready by 6:45. I show up and check in at 6:40, the app says that my order is ready and to turn on my flashers and someone will be out asap with my order.

I sat in the parking lot, within view of the front counter, for 10 minutes with my flashers on as delivery drivers walked past my car into the store and left the store and walked past my car. I see the girl working the front counter not doing anything and looking out the window in my direction. Still nothing. I finally decide to go inside to retrieve my order. Bad thing is, I had to leave the babies in the car as I would not have been able to carry them and the pizza. It was obvious that I would not have received any help from anyone at this store.

I asked the girl at the front counter if they still did curbside and she replied, yes. I told her that I checked in 10 minutes ago and it said my order was ready. She replied with, "we didn't see it". I told her, funny, I saw my name pop up on the screen from the parking lot as soon as I checked in. She said, we can not see that in the store and proceeded to argue with me. I asked her to get my order and she turned around, stood at the waiting for pickup rack, which only had my order on it, and took her time picking it up. She then brought to the counter, placed the order on the edge of the counter, didn't say anything to me and proceeded to help the person behind me.

I then called the store to get the manager's name and next shift and the kid that aanswered said his name was Jeff and that he started vacation tomorrow and didn't know when he would be back. I asked for the district manager and he gave me some bogus website to get the info from.

I get home, open my pizzas and there is hardly any sauce, no cheese or toppings in the middle of the pizza. The pizza has no flavor as well, just garlic.

This is the worst dominos in the valley. Even Little Ceasars is better pizza than what they served tonight!! They will never get my...

I ordered on the app picked option to pay with cash the option didn't say I can't pay with a hundred dollar bill the tracker said my order was complete but it wasn't I called the store they said call back in ten minutes if order hasn't arrived I called back 15 minutes later they put the general manager Jeff on the phone he was aggressive he aggressively told me the driver couldn't deliver the order because they didn't have change for a hundred if the driver came I would of got the order and only $20 I would of had to tip the driver $40

After he argued with me and didn't come up with a solution I paid with my credit card Jeff wasn't going to make another fresh order for me after my order sat there for at least 30 minutes Jeff was very rude

The order was delivered and wasn't fresh it was old and cold I called Jeff beck and he said he didn't make it fresh like he said he would he lied to me Jeff the new manager delivered my food after it sat for 30 plus minutes and admitted he lied I recorded our conversation Jeff is not cut out to be the manager of store number 9029 in Henderson nv on e lake mead blvd please have someone call me asap so I can give more details I will be posting this on all review platforms so this doesn't...

We have been ordering here since they opened but recently the store has gone down hill. My last two orders have resulted in a bad experience and I will likely stop ordering here. Their time predictions are WAY off and take much longer than expected. Even when it is not prime lunch/dinner hours.

Only good thing is at least the food arrives tasting like it should which is why I at least gave it 2 stars rather than 1.

My last order, a delivery order took 1.5hrs to deliver on a 3pm order, not like it was prime lunch time. Originally stated the order would take 30-40min to arrive. We are less than a mile away no less, still 1.5hrs.

Roughly 3 weeks ago was my previous order and the same thing happened on a pick up order but worse. They NEVER made one of our pizzas in the 1hr time it took for half our order to be made. The order was only supposed to take 30min to make when I placed it. Customer service was horrible, lied about the second one being in the oven, end result due to being on a time schedule I had to leave with only one pizza but was charged for both. No store credit or points...
