Update: I love this location and will not remove stars because of small issues or just 1 visit (so far) with a large issue, but want to bring it up so it can be fixed. We got A LOT of food yesterday per usua. 3 of the items were the cravings box meals. Nothing was in a box. Everything was in one heavy large big bag. It makes it extremely hard to figure out who got what from those meals when things are wrapped the same and you've also ordered things individually. If the location was out of boxes, individual bags marked with the box type would have sufficed. Since everything has the same wrapper... tacos and burritos, it is near impossible to figure out and items get to the wrong person. We also ordered one of our 9, 5 layer burrito with extra onions. I asked them to mark it. It was circled but was at the very bottom of the packed bag under every other burrito we were taking home. Just seems like a special order burrito should also be in its own small bag. We visit this TB alot on our way back the lake route to Moapa Valley and usually like this time it's with a big purchase ($69). They usually have the box meals in boxes. The Only issue we've ever had at this location is paying for one burrito with extra onion which is usually lost in the bag of 8 because it's not well marked. Then we started asking for marked in its own bag, and on each occasion it did not seem like extra onion were added. I just want to bring this issue up, especially with the boxes, in the hopes that management reads it and in the future box meals are separated in bags even if boxes run out. Also like items are put in their own bag if not in meals. 8, 5 layers 1 bag, no onion in its own small bag, other burrito types in their own bag. Same with tacos etc. Thank you for listening. Again we love this location because historically it's been better than all others we've visited.
Past review: We visit this particular Taco Bell all the time! It is usually pretty busy in the evenings when we drive through. My husband and I do date night in Henderson and run our errands and usually eat a dinner out at a nice restaurant. We live in the Moapa Valley which is on the other side of Lakeshore road along Lake Mead. We regularly pick up Taco Bell to bring home to our kids and order extra 5 layer burritos to put in the refrigerator for the next day. The service is always excellent and all the times we've gotten food there only once time did they ever miss something. But, we always check before we leave the parking lot. We were able to knock on the door and they were very apologetic and fixed our order immediately. We've always been happy with this location and their employees. Recently we dined in and they were very nice. We got an order to go and took that home. The only thing that I would say at all of the Taco Bells is we've gone to, when you ask for extra onions and you're paying for them, it seems like they put less onions on. Even though we're very specific and obviously we're paying for them. One evening late, we got regular burritos and didn't ask for extra onions and they were very heavy on the onions! Maybe it just depends on the shift, again we didn't ask for extra onions then. Sometimes I pick up a bean burrito for my friend to drop off, who always wants extra onions on it. Our last visit, we visited and ate our meal inside and picked up our to go afterwards, we asked them for one of the burritos with extra onions on it and asked them to put that one in a separate bag to make sure I gave her the right one. But, again she reported to me it didn't have any detectable onions on it. I don't know what the issue is with that. Maybe next time we'll ask for the onions on the side, since we're...
Read moreThis taco Bell the workers here have really bad attitude problems especially the manager I arrived there around 10 pm to pick up an order for one of my customers doing door dash and they simply gave me the wrong bag not a big deal we all make mistake I didn't acknowledge this until the customer called me and said they had the wrong order let me remind you this wasn't a personal order for me but my customer the order was dropped off and I had another order I told the customer after I drop this off I will pick the mistaking order up from you and return it back to taco Bell to remake the right order witch she had screen shoted the right order for me to show them. I get there and told them the problem what looked like it will be an easy fixed turned into a big mess the so call manager jumped into the conversation and stating very rudely that they weren't going to fix this order off of there mistake that they made but his attitude and being anger escalated the problem as manger he was yelling at me in demands that they weren't going to easily resolve this issue and all the other younger co workers that he supposedly is supposed to set an example for followed his lead. And they all begin to have bad attitudes and horse playing with yes an customer as if it were high school and I'm missing the part to conduct good business last time I remember the customer is always right the so the back and forth ended I made more sense then them stating I do not work at Taco Bell it's your job to resolve this problem from a customer but in stead you made the situation worse by inforcing negativeity and neglation. I then got to the window and the younger folks had angry attitudes they handed me the order and slammed the window I didn't move I waved and ask to speak to the manager and told him how I felt about the way he's conducting his business and not setting an example for the younger group and that why all of the workers there have very bad attitudes because they have no authority I let him know because we were both around the same age when I worked for a company like this back when I was younger we will get fired for things like what they just did.. the workers there have bad attitudes and can't resolve people's issues without going over board and getting angry... And it's who's ever in charge allowing sorry had to let that be known that is not cool it's the...
Read moreUpdating my review to 5 stars because the last visits over a couple months, they seemed to have fixed their issue. They were dumping everything, including the box combos (when they ran out of boxes) into the same bag. We were never able to figure out what was a bean burrito or a 5 layer, or any similar item from the next, without opening everything. The wrappers, the way they're labeled, show 2 potential options on the corner and nothing circled as to which it was. A BIG problem when you're buying both options, and this problem was going on 2 years or more. There had been no way of knowing you got what you ordered. We were shorted many times. We pick up Taco Bell before heading back out the lake route home an hour plus away. So there's no recovering the loss. We spent approximately $68 a trip. Luckily, the last 3 trips they have been using the boxes, and I hope this is a sign of a permanent change of practice. I hope if they run out of boxes again, they will continue to put each "box" combo in its own bag, and individual items purchased have the specific item circled in the fold to clarify what it is. The customer service, as far as friendliness and speed is always good at this location. It is the closest to our route so we always opt for the location for purchase. When you get the right food it's fresh and very good. The only complaint as to food is o. The occasion I have a friend with me who loves a bean burrito with extra onions ... They never seem to add the extra onions. I don't know why that is. Some times it's the only bean burrito we get and they have marked it on occasion, so I know it's the right one, but the onions seem to be the standard amount. We appreciate that they have improved their practices, and hope this is carried...
