I ordered my food online app said it would be ready at 604pm , I arrived at 602pm. I stood at the pick up location even made eye contact with a few of workers and not one acknowledged me at all. I over heard saying they were behind on online orders. Couple of people walked up to the register and then they shouted that so and so was here. I was being polite and waited but not one would say anything. I finally did what the others did and go to the register. Finally after I expressed my displeasure of being ignored she finally said my food was being made. I was given my food, and I should have checked but I was given someone else's order. I ordered through my husband’s app and we got there they were finishing up my husband’s sandwich which looked good. When we got home I opened my sandwich and was immediately upset. I ordered a giant #6. First of all it looked like who ever cut it squished it pretty flat so I opened it up and there were obvious issues. The amount of ingredients was definitely not what I expected and there were no onion or banana peppers and literally 4 pickles on the entire sandwich. Ordered ahead on the app and showed up after my order was supposed to be ready. Waited another 30min while people in line ordered their food before my order was even started. There were people in line who had time to order, get their food, sit down and eat and finish their meal before I received my order. There were other people who ordered ahead made to wait 30min as well. I contacted jersey mikes corporate but was given the brush off and was told it wasn’t their problem because each store is operated independently.
