2 stars due to many issues, some not a direct fault of this location. First off McDonalds as a whole is acting rediculous about this pandemic. I have all but quit going to any location because of it. They have closed the dining rooms and created a super-spreader surrounding the ordering process at the counter and waiting for orders. It would be much safer and practical to have customers sit down in the dining areas. Almost every other restaurant in the area has open dining areas. What is wrong with McDonalds? The pricing has gotten to the point that it costs more to get a quick meal than to go to any other place and get a full sit-down meal or go to any of the alternative fast- food chains and get other types of food. Higher prices and service lowered. That seems to be the way it is going.
Now for this specific location. The place is understaffed and wait times are long to get an order. There are help wanted signs up so I will give them credit for trying to solve this problem. The food is typical McDonalds fast food. Was hot and fresh so good job there. I would not give high marks for how clean the place was. I was there for 15 minutes waiting to order and waiting for food. During that time and with the number of customers in and out not once was there a wipe-down of any surfaces that I could see. If they are so worried about not having dining available for whatever reason, then show your concern by at least keeping the customer contact areas clean at the counter. It makes no sense to me.
I can't hold an ignorant corporate policy against the individual restaurants, so if no indoor dining is that, then they need to get in line with other restaurants and figure it out. McDonalds has lost my business because of it. If other places can do it, then why not them? In my discussions about this issue I have found I am not alone in this thinking in general.
Full disclosure -- I am not an anti-vaxxer or anti-masker. I fully believe in staying safe with reasonable precautions. Everyone needs to do their part to...
Read moreIt is with great sadness that I find myself giving this location a 1 star review. I have been a frequent customer of this property and have always understood the morning, mid day, and evening rush times. I have witnessed the long drive thru line and always made the effort to be supportive and walk in to place my order to alleviate the process. But this morning, I was presented with a situation that is hard to forgive.
Around 3:30 am I pulled up to the drive thru and was told by the drive thru operator they're only offering breakfast and they only accept cash because they're currently rebooting their system. I left the drive thru thinking about this operators response. Yes, one of the two scenarios could be true, but both, c'mon, this is McDonald's that we're talking about.
My initial thought is the graveyard personnel have a lack of Management presence, therefore it is acceptable to give excuses to not do your job. I'm not upset with the situation as I drove to another fast food place to get my end of work meal but, really? How many customers pulled up to the same excuse?
I have been more than supportive in the process but it's apparently obvious that this location is never going to change. This location has lost a customer permanently and I can no longer purchase meals for my kids here as the graveyard shift has completely dropped the ball and let me down despite my constant loyalty.
I would like to think this location could change for the better but I have my doubts. It's ok, I'm sure this location is not a direct representation of the franchise however, the employees are a direct representation of the brand. I wish them the best in their future endeavors but I'll just drive to another franchise that is open 24/7 and will not give me excuses with constraints when I pull up to...
Read moreBeen a loyal customer to this restaurant and even worked here a couple of years back. Tonight 3/9/2025, I was sitting at the booth next to the bathroom. The tall old black maintenance worker who works at night , comes up to me and tells me to go to my assigned booth by the door. I told him that a couple was sitting there before he came in so I sat at the booth by the bathroom. After trying to explain that to him, he walked away. I was grabbing my charger out the wall so I could move and he starts to harass me and starts rushing me to move to my "assigned booth " by the door. I didn't know McDonald's had assigned seating. I get up to move, and he threatens to call the police because I didn't like him being disrespectful and tried communicating that to him. I told him not to rush me repeatedly and asked him if he could be more respectful. The lobby and bathroom is usually 9/10 dirty when he works and he's usually outside smoking weed not cleaning the lobby. He talks crap about customers in the parking lot all the time.
One time I was sitting in my "assigned booth" waiting for my phone to finish charging 20 minutes to close. Usually it isn't an issue with me staying 20 minutes before close but he started rushing me to leave so he could clean the lobby. I start grabbing my things and my drinks and he manhandles them out of my hands and throws them to the floor. I'm not the only customer who has dealt with him being disrespectful and he shouldn't be working if he is treating customers like they aren't...
