Update on 7/23: Well, I tried one more time. Another mistake on my part. Placed order on the app like a good boy as we're all being driven to order from the app. Spent 10 minutes driving to store and another 30 waiting at the counter for 2 cheeseburgers and a 6 piece. My order number eventually just dropped off the Now Serving sign. At that point I asked gir a refund as no one had a clue what I had ordered or where it has gone. I have to say, the older semi-blond counter person hasn't a clue. She just started putting bags of random food on the counter and, when asked what number it was (as there was no ticket attached), she just mumbled and walked off...and kept putting random bags of unidentified food up there. Five people before me, some with incorrect drive thru orders, and one DoorDasher, all asked for refunds. This woman literally just grabbed at her head, looked confused, and mostly spun in a helpless circle. I'm am done. Is it too much to hope that corporate takes this location from the franchisee and gives it to another, more successful one? Truly horrible and incompetent management at its finest. Waited 25 minutes for 2 McRibs. Both on hamburger buns? Just tell me you're out instead. Ridiculous. No more. Done with this location.

She was very argumentative.we showed her our receipt and then she said she made all of what we ordered then slammed the window and walked off. We sat there and waited for someone to come back, and the lady that was working the pay window( whom was polite) came up and took receipt and stated she is going to look up our order. i showed her our bag of food to verify what we had missing since they stated they cannot take it back after giving it to us Of course they came and said our order was correct. SMH. The one employee needs to be terminated. She is extremely rude , and doesn't deserve to work in customer service.

This parking lot is poorly managed. They have many spaces reserved for all kind of specialty parking.... Meanwhile, there were people like me who are wanting to buy breakfast.Circling the parking lot looking for a space. The drive food line was very long, And the crowd inside was healthy.... The machine to order inside was complicated... But overall the one shining part of this place was their staff was working very hard and they were very helpful. I cannot say enough good about these mcdonald's employees... Management just needs to figure out how to run a parking lot... And I sure hope management appreciates their staff here 😀

In a world where culinary excellence is celebrated, McDonald's emerges as a dismal disappointment. This fast-food chain, once a beacon of convenience, fails to live up to even the most basic expectations of flavor and quality. Regrettably, my recent encounter with McDonald's left me utterly disheartened, as each bite confirmed my suspicions of frozen, flavorless fare.

From the moment I entered the establishment, a sense of mediocrity permeated the air. The lackluster atmosphere and uninspired decor only served to foreshadow the culinary disappointment that awaited me. Plastic chairs and generic furnishings did little to create a welcoming environment or mask the stark reality of mass-produced, soulless meals.

The food at McDonald's can only be described as a tasteless journey through cardboard-like creations. Each bite felt as if I was consuming a pale imitation of what food should be. The burgers, allegedly the star of the menu, arrived in a sorry state, lacking any semblance of freshness or appeal. The unappetizing patties, devoid of flavor, were further exacerbated by toppings that were wilted and unappealing.

The fries, a potential saving grace, fell flat in their execution. Instead of the promised golden, crispy delight, I was presented with lackluster, limp sticks of disappointment. Their taste mirrored that of reheated frozen fries, leaving a greasy film and an unsatisfying aftertaste that lingered far longer than desired.

The regrettable state of the food at McDonald's is a testament to its mass production and lack of attention to culinary craftsmanship. It's disheartening to witness an establishment with such global reach neglect the importance of using fresh ingredients and prioritizing quality in their offerings.

Service at McDonald's was as lackluster as the food itself. The disinterested staff seemed more focused on maintaining the rapid pace of assembly-line service rather than providing a satisfactory customer experience. The lack of care and engagement further reinforced the notion that McDonald's is merely a fast-food factory rather than a culinary destination.

In conclusion, McDonald's deserves a zero-star rating for its frozen, flavorless offerings that resemble nothing more than cardboard. The lack of quality, taste, and care displayed in their food leaves much to be desired. For those seeking a satisfying culinary experience, I strongly advise looking elsewhere, as McDonald's fails to deliver even the most basic requirements of a worthwhile...

Ever since the pandemic and maybe even a little before. Fast food restaurants like this have become out of touch with what it takes to take care of a customer. My opinion, all DoorDash and Uber or whatever food delivery services need to be shut down at places like this where the customer that comes in and the drive-thru are not being taken care of because you're in-person customer should be first no matter what. People are just waiting for long periods of time on the inside to get simple orders and they're not completed they're giving them half their order and then the other half they're sitting and waiting for another 15 minutes. And since McDonald's or any of these other locations don't want to take after the Chick-fil-A system that works amazingly everywhere throughout the country and they can handle much more customer influx you would think owners and management would want to implement those ideas but they don't so instead you get massive changeovers, poor service and bad food. I'm hoping that the states or local municipalities will get involved and start making these restaurants go through changes or shut them down. We are the customer and they don't deserve our business when you're not treated professionally, fairly and given quality food that's advertised by McDonald's all over your TV and phone apps and everywhere because that's what's going to cause a massive...

If you decide you want something specially made for you or if you are allergic to any of the items that your food might come with your best bet is to check and make sure you have everything you ordered and that they are made correctly because if you don't and wait till you get home then you will either be missing items that you paid for and if you are like myself and allergic to mayonnaise and lactose intolerant then it's pretty much a sure thing that your order won't be made correctly and with the pandemic taking it's toll on most families it isn't as often that we are able to afford to get take out and with gas prices almost 4 dollar's a gallon and living on a tight budget it's not likely you will want to travel all the way back and let the rest of your food get cold to get your item correctly or get your item period and if you call and speak to a manager you will be treated like you are wanting something free when you just want what you paid for and a word of advice snap a picture of your ricept and make sure you receive one because if you are anything like myself by the time you are able to return it's more than likely that the receipt from the mistaken order will not be something that you pack around all the time if you are able to keep up with it at all because without it you will not be able to receive the food you...
