Very large newer and very busy (at noon) Sonic. Took a couple minutes for someone to answer the button. I ordered 2 Jr breakfast burritos and was told they don't have those. Every other Sonic does... so i ordered a small tater tots and a regular sausage egg & cheese burrito. With 3 packs of salsa..I was charged 25 cents a pack, never, ever been charged for salsa at any other Sonic.... carhop brought my food, she was nice, burrito was tiny and tots were half filled in the container, I brought this to her attention, she went in came back out, brought a full container of tots and 2nd burrito was not much bigger and it was made from not fresh ingredients. I was like well I guess I'll just eat it, I was hungry and they were busy. Took a couple bites, it was awful. The manager (thankfully) came out to check on me and she went back in and made me a fresh one that was so much better. I would come here again because the service was great and attentive. Maybe they just had a bad cook inside that day. I know it's hard to find good help. Thanks to the manager for making things right. I'm not a super picky or difficult person but I expect hot fresh good tasting food for the money. Especially since I chose to come here and there's so many other...

Horrible service and these employees could care less. I will never return but I will be getting my $28 back for this nasty cold food I paid for. Ordered at there lovely speaker system which is the only way to order at 8:14 pm. 8:29 order comes out missing burritos, ketchup, mustard, marinara, and utensils for the chili cheese tots AND fries. Pushed speaker button. NINE minutes later comes on with the welcome to sonic greeting… told her/him i am missing those items. She says nothing and just goes ghost. Im thinking she is bringing the stuff out. 8 minutes later nothing! Hit button once again. 11 minutes later she comes back on like its a new car because she completely IGNORED my previous calls!! Totally ignored! Demanded the items I have been waiting on now for over 30 minutes with food sitting in my car and no way to even eat it! 5 minutes later someone brings the missing item and condiments. This place is unreal! You think im paying for food that has been sitting for 40 minutes waiting on you because you chose to ignore???? I don’t think so. I want my money back and I will never ever use this sonic again! Employee MALACHI henderson KY SONIC!
