Dunkin' — Restaurant in Hendersonville

I got here most days during the week and I will never go back after today. I order the same drink everyday and it looks diffrent and tastes diffrent everytime. I get that there will be some variation between diffrent employees but this morning it was alot darker than ive ever seen it so I asked the girl at the window if that was the correct drink because it didnt look right and she repeated my order to me and it was right but the drink wasnt so I asked if she could add some more milk because I didnt look right (I get a latte and it was black) so she took it back with an eye roll and came back 10 minutes later and it was another (possibly the same) very dark drink. She handed it to me and afraid of my drink being spit in I took it and asked what normally comes in a latte thinking maybe I just dont know how to order what I want and she said if I wanted my order to be right I should tip next time. When I finally got to try my drink it had almond flavor in it and I threw it away. I've tried contacting customer support and get no response. I've always just assumed it was faulty training or a bad luck day but these people are ridiculous. Went from spending over $50 dollars a week here to most likely never going back. We have been regulars at this Dunkin’ location which has been open for about a year and a half now. For the first few months, it was well run. Fred & Sarah were the managers and there weren’t any problems with quality of the food or service. After Fred & Sarah left, things went downhill. Like I said we’ve been regulars going there a couple times a week but the staff treats us like strangers. They have only had drive up service on several days because there wasn’t enough staff to open for dine in. Once they even ran out of bagels! The owner doesn’t seem to care — we did their online survey with these complaints but never heard from anyone. We have friends who say the same thing. They lost loyal customers....

This is the best Dunkin I have been to. I grew up going to Dunkin Doughnuts in New England. This one opened recently and I went through the drive thru. They were the best so far. The workers were so cheerful & friendly. They helped me decide on my coffee. My favorite doughnut is the chocolate cream filled powdered sugar. They were very fresh even though it was 11:00. At other locations I’ve gotten the chocolate cream filled & there is just like one dot of chocolate cream in it. But, these were actually filled. It was delicious. The staff was so cheerful & friendly, I thought to myself, “ I’d like to work with people like that.” I wish I had had more cash on me to give...
