Taquería México 2 — Restaurant in Hendersonville

I'm from L.A. and I haven't had any real authentic Mexican food since moving to NC three years ago ... until now. This place was really good and authentic, just like Mexican street food in Los Angeles. I had a steak burrito and my son had chicken tacos. We both thought they were excellent. The kitchen is literally an old school bus that has been converted. It doesn't get more Mexican that that! Lol. They take credit cards, but for some reason they only take tips in cash, so bring cash for tips. I highly recommend this place. They also have vegetarian options. I live in Wilmington, NC ... The food is great and opens at 11 am. The space is not so good. Some Compadre's making some good food out an old school bus for a reasonable price. It's a good grab and go spot or eat in your vehicle place. $3 shrimp tacos are a great choice, alambre is also very good, I've had better tortas up the street. Open air dining, restaurant made out of old bus, very well done. The menu is simple but man is the food delicious. I had a salad with tortillas, avocado, lettuce, tomato, and the best tilapia ever.
