I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit. The older woman working was quite unpleasant.

When I was placing my order, she abruptly cut me off before I could finish, stating, "NO." I was confused, and she then clarified that the soft-serve machine was not working. I asked if regular ice cream was an option, and she confirmed it was.

However, when I received my order, it was completely incorrect. I had asked for chocolate ice cream with chocolate sprinkles, but I was given a vanilla cone with rainbow sprinkles. When I politely pointed out the mistake, saying, "I'm sorry, I asked for chocolate," she gave me a very rude look and attitude and closed her window to fix the order. She gave me a new cone which was still the wrong order.

How hard is it to make an ice cream?

We had a very disappointing experience at this ice cream shop. When it was time to pay, we tried to use a card that was declined by our bank because we were in a different state where the bank doesn’t normally operate. We politely explained the situation and asked to split the payment between two different cards.

Unfortunately, the cashier didn’t seem to know how to use their system and treated us with a very rude attitude, as if we were trying to do something wrong or dishonest. Instead of offering help or showing basic professionalism, we were made to feel uncomfortable and judged.

I met a friend here for ice-cream a couple of weeks ago. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, courteous and kind. The ice-cream was nice and cold and sooo yummy. There is no inside dining, as it is an ice-cream stand. They have picnic tables to sit at and one could always eat in their car. They have a drive up window for ordering as well.
