My boyfriend ordered ONE SMALL pizza from here for pickup today. They told him it would be a 30 minute wait time. The dominoes in Superior usually never disappoints, and they’re very accurate with their time estimates. We showed up, 40 minutes after he ordered it, just to be safe. Nobody asked us anything & when we finally flagged down a worker, he asked what our name was on the order. The employee came back another 5 minutes later, asked (empty handed) if it was a small Hawaiian pizza, and then went back inside. Before he came out, we asked if it’d be possible to add brownies to the order. He rudely said we’d have to call, which we did & he said it would be a TWENTY minute wait. We drove away after he finally brought out our pizza and after asking him if we could get the lava cake instead so it wouldn’t take so long. He said they’d have to void the payment and we could call again to change it, and then when we were doing what they said, another worker came out and told us we couldn’t do that. So we settled on the 20 minute wait for brownies. Came back 25 min later. Nobody came to the car, so AGAIN we flagged down a worker & he said he’d go grab our brownie. Didn’t come out and tell us, I watched the workers shake their heads, and nothing happened. He brought someone else’s pizzas out, nobody said anything. Then about 10 minutes later the guy who told us we couldn’t void the payment came out and gave us our money back saying that they were “too busy” and that he “Thought we left”. We wasted about 60 minutes. No respect and no clarity whatsoever. If you’re having delays be upfront about them with the customer and give an accurate wait time, and be honest from the start about not being able to fulfill...

Was told the driver was being sent out now after waiting on the phone forever- and it never came. The app said delivered and five mins later i get an email saying my order was cancelled? Had to go into the store and ask for a refund as the card was charged as soon as it was ordered & we never received any of the food. Staff was super rude and unhelpful so we ended up getting food somewhere else. This location is the only one that I have ever had any problem with. Customer service was terrible and I will not be ordering from here again. Another location sure, but definitely not this one....

Today, I placed an order because i was tired, tiredof dealing wish sick kids and taking them to the dr and dealing with a death in the family. But after I palced my order online wascalled by the store telling me, "You have been told a few times that you are out of our delivery zone, so we cant deliver the pizza you just paid for online." One I was never told this and two this "manager" told methat i was basically lying and the website should nothave let me do delivery. Wow!!! Never again will I do business...
