Feel Good Coffee Lounge — Restaurant in Hialeah Gardens

Used to love this place when they first opened but as the years have gone by their service just gets worse and worse. Today I ordered ahead on the app as I usually do and when I got there a very unenthusiastic employee told me they never received my order and that I would have to wait an additional 10 minutes to get the items I had already paid for??? If I wanted to sit down and wait I wouldn’t have ordered ahead??? Employee offered nothing to compensate for the mistake on their end. On top of everything, my smoothie was made incorrectly because they weren’t able to access my order and see the customizations I had made to it and I didn’t have any more time to waste. Came here to read and knock out morning work for two weeks, bought food and coffee every time. Owner came up to me while I was reading and asked me to, “be more mindful of space” and pretty much asked me to leave lol definitely not “feel good vibes” like the wall decor says, and definitely won’t be coming back.

I understand spaces are small, but everyday I went in and spent average of $20+ buying multiple things. I told all my friends and posted it everyday.

Look all I’m saying is definitely don’t go to read or work remotely.

I discovered this place on Google and decided to give it a try. As someone with a refined taste for coffee, I enjoy exploring coffee shops along my way. The food here is excellent and reasonably priced for the area. Now, about the coffee—I have to say, it’s really good. It has the rich flavors and distinct notes of a quality brew.
