Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Hialeah Gardens

Where to begin with this specific location. I ordered online in order to have the pizza ready when I arrived to avoid waiting... Or so I thought. As I walked in the door I saw several customers waiting for their orders... I stood there for about 5-10 minutes before anyone even bothered to speak to myself and the other guests who were waiting. Keep in mind there was someone standing at the front desk taking orders. Not a nod or even a wave to let us know someone would be helping shortly. As I stood there waiting I saw two employees who were making the food with their masks below their chins... As if that wasn't enough, the, I'm assuming manager, pulled them aside to the middle of the kitchen in front of all of the customers, lowered her mask and began screaming in their faces. Not really sure how any of that would be considered compliant with the current state of things. Regardless of the unmasking, it was extremely unprofessional. At that point I was beyond hungry (having ordered 30 minutes prior) and now waiting another almost 20 minutes. At one point someone finally did greet myself and the other patrons. I am a frequent customer of this Marco Pizza venue. Tonight July 10, around 10 pm I was heading home and I wanted to order a pizza to pick up before I got home. I called about 10 times starting the first call at 10pm, nobody answered my calls even though the schedule says they close at 12am. I personally went to the store and saw that there were 3 employees sitting without doing anything, I entered and was inside the store without the employees realizing it, I called the pizzeria's phone again, the phone rang and I saw how one of the employees hung up my call. It bothered me a lot and I told him that it was me who was calling and why did they hang up my call. The young man was rude, he told me that "if I noticed that they didn't answer, why did I go to the store", he said that they closed at 11, I told him that I was calling from 10pm and that the schedule said that they close at 12 . It is very easy to see what is happening there, the employees do not answer so they don't receive order and avoid the work.

I set out to place a review on google and I could notice in other reviews how other customers complained about the same thing.

Terrible service, manager on today, 11/1/2020 was an absolute mess! Friday night and tonight they given our order to the wrong person. Once there to pick up our food we had to wait an additional 30 min. I called to speak to the manager and he pretended that we never order from them and kept wanting to speak to me in Spanish and when I spoke Spanish he kept saying he didn’t understand me. I speak both Spanish and English fluent! I was not asking for anything other than to see what the problem was like I mentioned before it’s the 2nd time it happens. They definitely lost a customer and they might not care but we will never order from this...
