Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Hialeah Gardens

They messed up my order the first time and when we went to get our missing items the lady in the back making the food yelled that she made the order right. So we told the cashier he never gave us a receipt in the first place so we can't prove it but we are missing food and we just went through the drive thru. The manager stepped in and said she'd print the receipt and she confirmed we were missing food. When we got home one of the tacos my son ordered had 1/8 of the taco with meat. So we went back and showed the manager that the taco was not prepared correctly and the lady preparing the tacos decided to mouth off and say that there is enough meat in there. The manager made her make a new one and she made it the exact same way. This is not the first time I had a problem with this Taco Bell when that cook is there. She should pay as much attention to the orders as she does to her painted on sharpie eyebrows and maybe she wouldn't mess up so many orders. Not coming back to this Taco Bell/ KFC again... sorry...

Today I saw for the first time an older lady in the Drive-Thru denying someone a cup of ice a cup of ice that even Publix gives for free it is a shame that these locations and she wanted to sell a cup for a dollar to be able to give ice these locations usually will not have a problem with giving a person a cup with ice or cup with water. I think Taco Bell should look at their employees in the forefront or in the Drive-Thru area in 100° weather denying someone a couple of ice I think that it's disheartening. I turned around and left because I think that it's so important that we understand as human beings that we're supposed to help each other with a simple cup of ice...

I visited this establishment for lunch two days in a row and unfortunately had to discard my meal both times. I ordered a Mexican pizza one day and cinnamon twists the next, but on both occasions, the taste was utterly repulsive. It seemed as if the food had been prepared in oil that was either rancid or contaminated, leaving a distinctly chemical flavor. This experience was deeply disappointing, and I have resolved never to return to this location. Urgent measures are required, whether it be changing the oil or improving machine...
