Fruta Loca — Restaurant in Medley

I drove to this specific location because I wanted a fresh fruit drink. I went in and was not greeted which is fine. I placed my order and had to repeat it several times. It seemed like the worker was not familiar with the menu. Please keep in mind their menu is in English and I am fluent in English and Spanish. While she prepared my order I went to the restroom. It was not so clean and no paper towels. When I was done washing hands and drying them on clothes I went to pick up my order another lady came to the register and said my card did not go through. I told her I never submitted payment. She said yeah it did not go through. I had to tell her that she never told me my balance to pay. Then she said oh. I looked at my order and told her this is not what I ordered. Then I went to point at the menu on the wall to show her what I ordered. The lady told me why I did not clarify the order when her coworker was repeating the order to HER. I said I did not hear what she was saying to you. She said oh. Well she corrected the order and gave it to me. But overall she was rude to accuse me of getting the order wrong. I definitely would NOT...

Me and my girlfriend recently got super lazy one morning and decided to order breakfast from here. We were definitely impressed with the smoothie and drink options, and waffles were a great touch: medium-to-large fluffy Belgian waffles with a bunch of toppings, but unfortunately it ended there. They don't seem to use a different batter mix or incorporate any of their toppings into the waffle itself, which isn't a dealbreaker on its own, but would probably go a long way in the flavor/quality. Regardless, we had no complaints and the base waffle mix was great as is (even if it could be better), and the smoothies and coffees we got washed them down great. My biggest complaint was that our hashbrowns came in still frozen in the middle, but a couple of minutes in the toaster fixed that. I'd definitely order from here again, but probably skip the food and just go straight...

This deserves one star only because the food is amazing. the service however is not worth eating the food. They literary ruin your appetite because they have such nasty attitudes. Every since they opened it was good service then all new hires came in. YO HABLA ESPANOL! The girl didn't know what a crouton was. I waited 15 mins in the store for them to take my order.
