Today I experienced a volatile display of what was supposed to be mere customer service. I have never experienced such atrocious behavior in any service based industry, as if the lack of proper sanitation and food prep at this location doesn't already make you churn. I went in to purchase a single cookie and bag of chips, I placed the money in the employees(EMELY) hand and in turn she flopped the change on the counter as I was holding my hand out to receive my change back. When i brought it to her attention that I would like the change placed back in my hand as I did her respectfully, she immediately rolled her eyes, and flung her hand in my face and walked away from the counter. The real issue in all this is when asked to speak to the Manager the employees stated there was no Manager available after waiting around she (YANORA) finally came from out of the kitchen and said to me "WHAT DOES IT MATTER?!!". Clearly both managers and employees have a lack of ethos and are poorly trained and uninformed on exceptional customer service. After speaking with the manager she displayed how emotionally impulsive and aggressive she can be when met with heightened customer service issues. There is also a language barrier that needs to be addressed at this location, having a predominantly Hispanic team in a neighborhood that primarily speaks English only is a problem. This location needs a tremendous amount of supervision in understanding the proper ways to interact with customers as well as sanitation....

Read moreMy mother ordered three sandwiches for our family and politely asked the employee, Genessy, if she could label them. Despite markers being available, she refused with an attitude saying "we don't do that here" (although every Subway we’ve been to does). When we got home, two sandwiches were missing avocado and the chicken sandwich had less than half the meat, even though double meat was paid for. I drove my mother back to get it corrected. Thankfully, Mabel was polite and quickly fixed the issue. However, the poor service and careless preparation from the first employee were very disappointing.
